We arrived with our working Cocker Spaniel dog Lucy for a three day break. We have visited a few times over 30+ years. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. This is a very dog friendly hotel. Lucy was made extremely welcome. There is a field to run your dog in and acres of grounds. Breakfasts continue to be excellent with...

Fantastic 2 night stay at the Old Swan and Minster Mill. We were made exceptionally welcome by all the staff and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A special thank you to Sandra and Vicky for outstanding service. Superb Doggie dinner for our Spaniel Skye. We are already planning our next visit.

Having got over most of this winter we enjoy a break at this time of the year at the Old Swan. At this time of the year there are few tourists about and it is easy to visit all the well-known areas. We stayed four nights and I got concerned that we would have to duplicate some of the items...

We had one night here and loved it. The hotel and grounds are very much what you would expect from a 5 star country retreat in the Cotswolds. We had a large room (127?) which has been modernised tastefully and overlooks the river. The hotel itself is stunning, the food was excellent and all the staff were both friendly and...

Beautiful atmosphere, gardens, setting- lovely pub/restaurant set in a tiny Cotswolds village. Skip the restaurants- Pricey, uneven service, silly small portions. Stop for a drink but have a meal elsewhere. A good choice would be Little Coxwell.

Just back from a wonderful two night stay with our Labrador and Westie. I cannot praise the staff here enough, I have never received such warm, genuine and outstanding service. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Our room (Mill side, up the path past the spa building works) was absolutely fine, but the decor...

What a beautiful place on the river so old & quaint, beams, log fires, candlelight, lovely food, great staff, always smiling, friendly etc. We had a few problems with our room but they were dealt with immediately, staff couldn't do enough to help. Weather was really bad, river creeping ever closer to the hotel but still a magical place! No...

Lovely relaxing 2 night stay .Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, garden room was clean and fresh and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. However the most impressive part of the break was the great massage I had at the spa - I was extremely impressed as my therapist was running late, through no fault of her own,...
