We enjoyed a lovely family meal for 20 people in the pleasant surroundings of the library. The food was excellent and the waiting staff attentive. We had the reception lounge and bar largely to ourselves both before and after the meal which was great. We stayed overnight in the modern annex which was comfortable although rather hot so we didn't...

A wonderful festive experience coming to Dillington house for a Christmas meal with all the family. The food was delicious with generous portions and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially with two young children as part of our group. We look forward to returning to Dillington soon.

Come and Experience Christmas dining at Dillington House and we did as advertised! Awful place to eat, apple &celeriac soup lukewarm in fact it wasn't lukewarm it was cold. Friends had smoked salmon pate it was rough with strings, wasn't smooth like a pate should be. I had turkey which was very dry and over cooked, pigs in blanket which...

We stayed here recently as part of a wedding party. We were disapointed with the room. Over priced for what I would say you get better standards at a travelodge. The drain cover was full of hair in the bathroom/wet room. The bin had not been emptied from the previous guests, for £125 per a night l I was disappointed...

I recently enjoyed a very fine group Christmas Luncheon at Dillington House where service was discreet and efficient and the food could not be faulted. Having dined at many highly-rated overseas venues I now feel proud that in Somerset we can match the best. The atmosphere was not the superficial glitz of a "look at me" venue, but satisfyingly restrained...

A wonderful setting in which to start the festive season. The huge entrance hall was bedecked with beautiful decorations and the Christmas tree, towering some 12 feet above us, was majestic and added to the ambience. Thirteen of us dined in the restaurant and we had the opportunity to pre-order from a good selection of dishes. The food and service...

We held our wedding at Dillington House in October 2016 and were absolutely blown away by the whole experience. To start with the obvious, it is a breath-taking venue set in beautiful grounds. But more than that, the staff are fantastic, the food is delicious and the wedding-coordinator Kirsty is lovely and very professional; we knew we were in safe...
