We arrived at Haleys straight from work and were shown our room which was warm and cosy. I went out and returned at 10pm to find that there was no hot water. The receptionist immediately tried to solve the problem but it was affecting all rooms in the building. I wasn't looking forward to going into work the next morning...

Thank you for your review, I was told about the water. There was a problem with the boiler and we are on mains pressure, it remains a mystery. Hope to see you again. Gordon Jowett M.D.

Great hotel in a good location on a quiet lane just off Otley Road. The welcome on reception was very friendly, our room was spacious and comfortable with a large en-suite bathroom. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was lovely. Also there is off street parking which is useful. We will return again.

So pleased to have found this hotel as very convenient for visiting our daughter at uni. The hotel is in a quiet road just a short walk from the all the shops and restaurants of Headingley. The family room on the 2nd floor is very spacious and we slept well but best of all is the warm welcome from the...

We arrived quite late in the evening and we were very pleased with the look of the hotel. The receptionist was very cheery and seemed happy to greet us, which was nice to see :) Our room was very spacious and it had an en-suite which was ideal for what we needed, the shower didn't have a lot of pressure...

The room was reasonable for the price paid, and the location was pretty good. We had hoped to eat in the restaurant but found the menu was somewhat limited, so we ended up going out, fortunately there was a nice restaurant within walking distance.

Spent a night here, the room was large, but needed some updating and renovating. Breakfast was a little depressing, we got there late so it's unclear how long it had all been under a heat lamp. When we handed back the key the receptionist did not bother to ask if we enjoyed our stay.

We had a very large corner room with comfortable bed and quality bathroom. The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. Full...

Stayed here for a family wedding. Stayed 2 nights and both nights the porters were very accommodating in the evening. My daughter (15 months) was very well attended too. Great environment and very friendly staff.

Haley's Hotel is in a side road off the 'main drag' of the university quarter of Leeds. A large Victorian house which is surprisingly quiet and pleasantly situated. There was a mix-up with our on-line booking and we had been given an unsuitable room (too many stairs). The young and helpful staff did their best to rectify matters and we were...
