I stayed in 2 different rooms during consecutive nights at The Boundary, and this hotel has very welcoming and helpful staff, with good knowledge of the local area, should you not have been to the Headingley/Leeds area before. My rooms (both single, 1 en-suite, 1 standard) were found to be spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all equipped as...

Rooms are clean and tidy, though basic. Full, cooked English breakfast for only £4!! Good value and very tasty. Friendly staff in a homely environment. Shared bathroom and a shower, but otherwise excellent value for money. I will visit again!

Used this hotel for one night as we had an early flight to Seville the following morning. The owner seemed like a nice enough chap their was a small bar open until 9 in the evening and the hotel is close enough to all the local amenities. The room was a bit grotty and a tight squeeze to get in...

This is a great location very central for Rugby and Cricket ground and close to Headingley high street . I had a nice single room with nice tv and nice tea and coffee facilities . My room was nice, modern and very clean. I think the communal areas of the hotel could do with a lick of paint and new...

I read some of the reviews before coming, and thought that the issues would have been addressed, they hadn't. The redecoration was ongoing, but no actual work going on, the room was the right size for the three singles, but the beds were awful, all of them creaked, one had a massive slope. However, it was clean and had tea...

I has read the reviews here before I booked, so I was not surprised at what I endured there. Remarkably, they have a Trip Advisor sticker on the door, I an only assume they have either not read the reviews or just don't care. The hotel is now conjoined with Butler's Hotel, with a knock-through in the reception area. Guests...

I can't apologise enough having read your serious dissatisfaction with every element of our hotel and stay with us at the Boundary Hotel. I wish you had taken the time to address us directly at the time of your stay where we would have attempted to resolve all matters, or upgraded you to one of our superior rooms which we...

Pros: Really cheap hotel, breakfast was quite nice Cons: Our room had mould all over the wall and damp. The paint on the walls was all crinkled and certain sections had been painted dark brown (this was originally white) but finished after a couple of random strokes with the rest of the wall white. Bathroom was ancient and mould all...

I can't apologise enough having read your dissatisfaction with us at the Boundary Hotel. I wish we could spoken in person at the time of your stay where we would have attempted to resolve all matters. We recently had a leak in the room resulting in the damage to the wall in question. Although its of no benefit to yourselves...

We wanted a cheap B&B near to Headingley that we could easily access the train station and Leeds - this met all our needs. It's not a 5 start hotel - but it doesn't pretend to be. There is ample parking at the rear, the prices in the small bar are cheap for a few drinks before you go out,...

Thank you for your kind words, I am pleased that you and the boys had fun in Leeds. Just so that you know, we do have more superior rooms on the Butlers side of our hotel where I am sure the girlfriend would be more than happy. Thank you again and bring the lads up again soon Regards and best...
