The stay at this hotel was bittersweet. It indeed was filled with great activities and easy transportation too and from the premium grounds to the main but the toilets weren't working and the shower wasn't clean. The food wasn't up to mark either.

Stayed here for four days. The rooms were clean and roomy. The service was excellent. We arrived early and was well accommodated. The food was very good. The bar contained a wide variety of drinks and the bartenders were very entertaining.

This hotel was very good. Our first night experience to acquire a room was not pleasant, but next morning everything was put in place for our stay to be pleasant. Our room was close to the pool and two restaurants, The food was excellent.

I stayed here in July 2015. Rooms in the premium section were good, nothing to be too particularly wowed by but good. What really impressed me was the level of service - staff was very friendly and went the extra mile to assist. The all-inclusive package was awesome and made for a very inexpensive vacation. On day four i felt... More

Rating this hotel is difficult. Visitors exchanging in the black market may find it a bargain, but beware: this property has a lot of room for improvement. I would certainly not award it four stars. Staff are kind, though not helpful. The reception is not reachable by phone. The hotel infrastructure was probably great in the 90s. For one thing,... More

My wife and I used this as a change/escape from the carnival weekend in Trinidad this year. Overall, it quite served the purpose. Our room was in one of the older buildings but quite acceptable. Details in the bathroom showed its age.. Painting for example but nothing distressing. The all-inclusive plan's meals were adequate and sufficiently varied. We experimented with... More

awful hotel power cuts every night food was appalling and several guests suffered with upset tummys. also lots of guests in the hotel from Caracas who were given priority over other guests and were extremely rude to other guests even snatching serving spoons etc off guests in the buffet whilst they were getting food...worst place I have ever stayed and... I spent ten nights at this hotel and I was really happy there. Although there are many pools and decorative water elements in this hotel, the beach was definitely the best attraction for me. Meeting this beach – from my point of point of view - you either instantly become an active fan of sea waves playing, swimming, jumping in... More

The hotel is good, nothing too fancy for it's low cost. When you have a problem, the hotel staff is always kind and helpful. The food is very good and the private hotel beach is great. Would stay there again
