My expectations were not very high based on the TripAdvisor reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel -I stayed three times in three different rooms- except one thing: Internet is terrible, always slow, sometimes stops altogether. Apart from that I have no complaints, nice sized rooms, great breakfast, clean. OK, if you're looking for luxury...

I have stayed for single night and didn't sleep well. My college that was in other room didn't either. I have stayed in room 301 that was single room before and now is split in two rooms separated with simple knauf wall. I could hear person from other room snooring, caughing and tv playing that was set to very low...

Advantages. 1. budget hotel 2. nice staff 3. large choice for breakfast 4. free wifi Disadvantages 1. poor room confort 2. 20-25 minutes' drive from Parma downtown. I will NOT choose this hotel for biz trip because the room confort is not enough but for prive or budgetary travels, I may consider it.

After long search on Internet found this hotel which was really good and was in a beautiful location. The staff was really well mannered and helpful even though they struggled with the English language. The buffet breakfast was really well placed. Best time to go to this part of Italy would be in the month of September to November, you'll...

Stayed in 2007 for business and wasn't overly keen then and returned now and still not overly impressed, its had some remodelling and repainting but the overall view is one of a hotel that needs some serious investment to upgrade the facilities throughout, rooms are ok, but could be better, the basic breakfast provided needs some work on the standard...

I travel extensively throughout Europe, staying in hotels for probably 40% of the year. I've stayed in all kinds of properties, from rustic farmhouses to 5 star hotels at €800 a night. I'm not in any way pretentious about where I stay, the important thing for me is the friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere it creates. My One...

Dear Sir, I am the Hotel Manager and I do agree with you that the warm and familiar atmosphere created by the hotel staff is the main condition for offering a good service and without it the service offered is very low. Nowdays a bed, a bathroom and some other facilities can be found in every hotel. Today what makes...

We were in transit from Milan to a village near Lucca. Because our plane was delayed, we were a bit later than we planned, but fortunately the hotel had 24-hour service. At least, we thought they had. Tired of the journey we arrived there.... Door locked! We first tried to knock gently, later we pressed the bell. After a half...

A typical motorway hotel, a little run down and shabby but still charging 100 euros for one night on a weekday in low low season January. The room it must be said was very large, warm and clean and there was even a toothbrush BUT all this was ruined by the stink of stale smoke. We were half an hour...
