The location is superb. All rooms have a wonderful sea view. The front garden and restaurants are all very pleasantly positioned with views. The pool areas have enough seats to go around. The food is pretty much the same old chicken, fish chips, calamari, veg etc, the breakfast pretty good omelettes all pretty good. However, the drinks are of a very low standard and for that reason it's not all inclusive. It's all inclusive except drinks. They are awful. Except for sprite and Fanta. The staff are all very pleasant except a really rude guy at the pool. His mission is to annoy the elderly by removing thier towels... He is on a massive power trip and let's the whole hotel down. Apart from that overall it's very good value. Nothing around for miles but we knew that.

We loved the hotel, especially the proximity to the Ocean , jumping and swimming in the waves. Good beach. The Hotel had beautiful rooms with balcony and view over the ocean, excellent food, professional staff. Perfectly cleaned. Wear masks at all times. And as cream on the cake activities for small and big. JULES and CYRIL kept us healthy with activities on the beach, in the pool , boules and shooting and laughing with their good humour and constant concern. Thanks and good luck in your new postings guys!

We stayed at the Taurito Princess & enjoyed every minute! Rooms were spacious with a double bed (well two singles together my pet hate but turned out ok lol) with a spacious lounge area, very comfortable and clean. Our room was on the 6th floor, with all rooms sea view facing I would definitely recommend the higher floors for the best view, floors 9 -11 probably being the best. Dining Room, food was lovely and also plenty of variety for everyone & at good temperatures too, I read so much in the reviews but it was definitely not as stated. We didn't book other restaurants as we were happy with what was on offer. Bars were busy with long queues, extra staff would have helped this situation instead of one or two barmen struggling. Drinks were fine we upgraded to premium band for a wider range of drinks, although some cocktails still needed to be paid for but we didn't bother and settled for the ones on offer. Lifts were working absolutely fine did get a little busy on meal times but that's expected. Pool area lots of space to sunbathe, sunbeds are close together but you can move these, towels are recommended to be put out early though to get a nice spot. Pools were lovely although lifeguard appeared moody and very matter of fact with no humour, we are on holiday lol. Grounds are kept lovely and also a nice garden area to sit and have a relaxing drink..listen to music or read a book, you can also get to see a glimpse of the beautiful sunset, pictures are a must! Beach is lovely although black sand is not for everyone! Area around is lovely too but I must state it is a quiet location for those who want a relaxing time. There is a water park & mini golf both at an extra charge. Plenty of shops better prices on the opposite side of the promenade than the one underneath the hotel. Covid rules are in place and masks are expected to be worn, I have to say all staff abided by this and there was plenty of hand sanitizer around for everyone to use.. Thankyou Taurito Princess for a lovely relaxing stay!

Dear 442nat442, Thank you for your review and for your good rating on Tripadvisor. It is a pleasure to know that you were able to enjoy a relaxing stay at our Taurito Princess. Certainly, the supplement to upgrade the standard drinks package is worth it, as for a little bit more, you can get better brands of drinks, as well as bottled drinks instead of the ones from the tap (water, beer, wine..). We will take your comments about the lifeguard into consideration for follow-up, but please understand that he is not allowed to entertain guests, as he is there to ensure their safety. Thank you also for recognising the efforts of our staff to keep you safe by following Covid protocols to prevent the spread of the virus. We look forward to welcoming you again soon and would like to take the chance to wish you already a Merry Christmas. Kind regards, Taurito Princess

My wife and I stayed at the Taurito Princess in mid November 2021 for one week. We chose the hotel from the TUI website so was not sure what to expect. The hotel is extremely well situated with the rooms having views of the beach and the sea. From the hotel front doors it only takes a minute or two to get onto the lovely beach. Our room was reasonably spacious with a very large and comfortable bed. It was minimalistic in style (modern looking) and kept very clean by the maids. For all three main meals we had a large variety of food to choose from and it was generally of very good quality. I have seen that some reviewers have said the food is not hot enough but we found it to be fine. If the food was kept very hot, no doubt some people would complain about the risk of being burnt by it! All the hotel staff we engaged with were polite and helpful. They are a credit to the hotel. The Animation team were very good trying to keep guests entertained with a kids club and various games and activities during the day for big kids and adults. A big thanks to Bianka, Jules, Cyril, Ismael and Ivon for helping us enjoy our stay. The hotel isn’t perfect and as others have said could do with some care in places. Our bathroom tap was very stiff and the hand-basin was tired looking. Also in the evenings there could be long queues at the bars but we have found this tends to be a general issue at ‘all inclusive’ hotels. As far as Covid is concerned, the hotel follows the national protocol and we saw all the staff stick to it very well. I would gladly recommend the Taurito Princess for families and couples alike but perhaps not if you are after a vibrant night life. If Trip Advisor allowed 4 1/2 stars, that would be our rating but as they do not this 4 star hotel gets 4 stars from us.

Where to start ! Unless you want covid or food poisoning don’t book. Not a single warm meal in a week everything Luke warm or cold. Dinning room a shambles it’s clear a table yourself and reset it before you can sit down to your meal - zero staff in attendance. Pool area a shame beds crammed in So tight your sat on top each other. Towels have to be placed in bath if you want changing done two days on trot and dirty towels just hung back up by cleaner . Staff very low moral not a signal smiling face from any of them. All inclusive not all inclusive you have to pay for cocktails - that’s a first on me… entertainment appalling apart from saxophone guy. Don’t waste your money …. More like 2 to 3 star
