We are just back from a weeks visit. It was absolutely superb. 10 out of 10. The views, the food, the staff. Everything surpassed our expectations. Very diverse hotel. From couples, to family, to lone travellers. Everything was spotless. The cleaning in room done everyday and the grounds cleaned constantly. The food was absolutely beautiful and the choices, there was something for everyone's taste. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thats a wonderful thing to say.

All in all a pleasant visit staff very helpful and pleasant ,food of a good standard and variation ,rooms are a little dated but clean and cleaned daily, the hotel is built into side of a cliff so lots of stairs and lifts to rooms and facilities the time we where there hotel was very busy and with current restrictions there was a lot of waiting for lifts, the pool areas are very good but leaving towels on sunbeds was totally ignored by staff and customers so unless you want to get up at a silly time in the morning you won't get a sun bed hench we spent most days on the beach using a free bus service from the hotel there is also a beach bar snack area belonging to the hotel which is handy. On another note away from hotel we visited a few restaurants ,used taxis etc and found staff very rude and unhelpful and our experience at the airport arriving and departing was damn right abissmal so much so we will not return to gran canaria again after visiting for many years ,I understand it's been a tough time for tourism there as elsewhere but it was a real unpleasant experience but in no way was this a reflection on the hotel

Just back from a weeks stay in the Mogan Princess what a wonderful location facing out to sea and along the coast. While some of the hotel is in need of a little tlc the place is absolutely spotless with the staff tirelessly sanitising every morning first thing right through the day. I cannot understand people's complaints these hotels have been under immense pressure to try and stay open through all the misery of Covid. I found the staff a pleasure under very busy circumstances. There is a snack bar by the pool Coco Loco and the La Choza restaurant opened until six with the main dining Princess opened until late there is plenty of choice for breakfast lunch and dinner you will always find something to eat again very hard to please everyone and if you want restaurant type food and service go to a reataurant and pay £60-£100 for food and wine and after dinner drinks. there is a beautiful veranda off the Princess lounge bar where you can watch the sun go down or in front of the sunset bar where there is loads of seating outside along with music every night there is a good selection of drinks included in all inclusive alcoholic and soft drinks coffee and water you can upgrade to a premium drinks package if you want. This hotel is great value for money and I enjoyed my stay 100%

We've already booked to come back in Dec 2021 as we've loved this place. Food is amazing! Don't believe the other negative reviews, unless you are a very, very fussy eater. Lots of fresh fruit, vegetables and salad on offer every evening. Plenty of hot, cold meat & fish dishes on offer during the evening sitting. We didn't use the restaurant at lunchtime and chose to eat at the snack bar. Again, plenty to fill your tummy with. Burgers, hotdogs, pizza, chips, pasta, fresh fruit and endless ice cream. The breakfast offered is an absolute feast and we had our fill every mealtime. We have an autistic daughter who is extremely fussy and she ate well throughout our stay! So surely that says alot for their catering. The rooms, although a little dated, are exceptionally clean and serviced daily and clean bed linen every fourth day. Towels changed if left on the floor or if you want to reuse then put them over the hanging space in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and will.do everything to help you. Like every hotel there maybe the odd issue, mainly the beer running out or not working at the self help stations but there's ample in the way of soft drinks and spirits instead. The whole place is spotless and staff are constantly cleaning contact points and face masks are worn all the time. The scenery is breathtaking as the hotel is situated on a hill and overlooks the bay. Be advised if you have mobility issues you'll need a scooter as the hotel rooms are up quite high over the hill. There are lifts, but due to the heat they broke down on several occasions so the walk up the flights of stairs to our room was hard. You can ask for lower rooms if you do struggle with stairs etc. Overall fantastic stay and we can't wait to return. Give this place a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Returned to this beautiful place and once again booked into Mogan Princess. Location is wonderful! Rooms not so much. The hotel needs upgrading, the beds are ok but the pillows are concrete slabs with a pillowcase on it. Better food description would be helpful, I’m a vegetarian but not a fussy one but there was very few selections to choose from, I don’t want to eat plain pasta for a week. One evening the food description was vegetable chilli but it definitely had minced meat in it
