Food was repetitive and mostly cold there was no snack bar on drinks were terrible for children unless they drank pop there was no entertainment at all amusement , trampolining and go karts closed on two nights so nothing to do. Water park was brill and the place is lovely we went out most days on the bus we visited the beach that was lovely too I would return to cran Canaria but not to this hotel I don’t no weather our problems were due to hotel been shut so long and just reopening

Booked this trip in September and stayed for a week in November. We had booked the economy room so we were pleasantly surprised on getting the room cards to find out we had a superior family room. The room had a living area with a sofa bed, armchair cupboards and a coffee table. There was also a decent sized kitchen, but as others have mentioned appliances etc costs extra. But no big deal in an all inclusive hotel. The bedroom had a large bed, or two big singles that can be pulled apart, and plenty of storage as well as a safe. Enough wall sockets throughout the room so charging devices is also no problem. The balcony was huge with a table chairs and clothes horse. The food was mostly good although some stuff didn’t stay warm long and could be cold. Take care with the frozen stuff as a couple of things were still frozen. But like I said mostly good, a lot of choice and shouldn’t be a problem to find something you like. Dining times are split into shifts due to corona and each one lasts 45 mins to an hour, so you might find you have to eat early or later than what you would like. We hired a car from the office on the hotel grounds and there were generally enough parking spaces on the street behind the hotel to not need to pay for the underground car park. There is a bus every hour to Puerto Rico in the day where you can change for other destinations on the island. The fares are really cheap. (1,40€) All in all a great trip, friendly courteous staff. We were very happy and have already booked our next stay at “the Lago“

I’ve not yet visited but I’m due to go in April and all I can say from the reviews I’ve seen is you get what what you pay for . Ppl are saying omg it’s three star but you after pay for this that and the other BUT I’ve nearly always gone five star and yes you get water in your room etc etc but seriously sit and think about it you may get all this and think it’s free but it’s not because you’ve paid through the nose for it all so technically it’s not free at all , it’s all in the price you have paid . From a person going five star to three I do not mind paying for internet, kettles , safes , remotes etc all you snowflakes want all that pay five star because I can bet you diamonds it’s nearly two grand on top of what you paid for this holiday xx

Some reviews I dont know where people are coming from. This is a 3star hotel. I think it was very good. Food good, snacks good, room and service good. A lovely compact resort and you can easily take a bus to another area if you like. Anyone working in the hotel or surrounding area very pleasant. Pools and slides just great. Seawater in water park didnt annoy us. Lovely beach. My son Downs syndrome and everyone give him special time. We only went to the night time entertainment and enjoyed it as well. Its people having fun make it. If I and any complaint I suppose I would like the food a little warmer but we managed fine.
