Detailed Reviews
We found this charming b&b thru the Tourist bureau in town - they speak English & French, & know the history of the area. Very helpful re interesting sites to visit.
Food is outstanding, local French, fresh local produce.
This was our second time there. The first we were alone. This time, we and our crew took up the whole B&B. Some of our group were picky Parisians & even they loved it.
Very knowledgeable about where General Chuck Yeager -www.chuckyeager.com - (first person to break the sound barrier) was hidden, after he was shot down in 1944 during World War II, by the French Underground.

Stayed here for 4 nights in the one bedroom suite. Very rustic and very pleasant. With a lovely pool, sun beds and shaded areas . Lovely continental breakfast consisting of home made jams with croissants , also honey available plus eggs. The fresh fruit each morning locally grown was delicious The owner was in hand to give any help if it was needed , very short drive into Nerac with lots of lovely old buildings
Parking was easy except on Saturday. .
Lots of eateries around the town . But kitchen in the suite was adequate if you wanted to self cater

Chantal who runs this BnB is an amazing and delightful host, the property is spotless and very comfortable, the garden is beautiful and the pool is perfect. The nearby village Nerac is charming and the surrounding area beautiful. I was really glad to have visited this area and to have stayed in this particular BnB; I couldnt recommend it more highly!

A lovely french lady owns this bed and breakfast country house. We received a very warm welcome. The breakfast table was extremely pretty with delicious homemade and local produce. Everything was immaculate.

We stayed here for four nights whilst attending a wedding at chateau de lisse. Seven of us stayed and we were all very pleased with the standard of our rooms and the facilities offered. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. The pool was clean and a good size. The views were amazing and the hospitality excellent. If we are ever in Nérac again we will definitely stay again.

Isabelle and her dad are most welcoming and knowledgable hosts. Their renovated large farm house offers charming views to the hills and vineyards of the Lot-Et-Garonne country side.
The meticulous clean and well appointed room and a breakfast with home made jam and juice as well as our chat with well travelled host Isabelle made our brief stay comfortable and relaxing.

We spent one night here on, for us, an unusually circuitous route from England to our house in the Languedoc. One night is not enough and we will go back to spend more time sitting at the dinner table, eating cleverly chosen and delicious meals and exchanging news and views. We look forward to seeing house and garden in daylight and exploring the area. As a result of Isabel's delicious meals we are now searching for recipes from Gascony; and Ken's dissertation on its history has inspired us to brush up on Nérac and Aquitaine. This is a wonderfully comfortable and inspiring place to stay.

We stayed at this perfect B&B during a visit to the Lot-et-Garonne and Gers areas of France. The location is perfect for exploring this beautiful part of the country. Isabel was the perfect hostess - friendly, full of information about "things to do" and helpful tips for navigating the area. We participated in dinner each night around a huge, beautiful dining table. It was truly enjoyable to be a part of the lively discussion (even though we didn't understand all of the French!) and enjoy the delicious food. Isabel uses all local products for her meals, and there is always her homemade jam made from fruits from her own garden. Isabel has a knack for making all guests feel comfortable and a part of the action! Special kudos to Isabel and her father Ken who helped us manage an emergency that occured during our visit. We would have been lost without their guidance and patience. The home and grounds are beautiful and comfortable. They're located just a few minutes from the town of Nerac, yet you feel completely "in the country". We highly recommend the Domaine de Cauze and hope we can return in the future.

We stayed a week at this delightful B&B. We found the accommodation very comfortable. We were made very welcome and the advice we received was a great help in allowing us to enjoy the area in and around Nerac.
The location was convenient to Nerac, we can recommend the B&B, and look forward to returning in the future

Lovely farmhouse 2 miles outside Nerac run by Isabelle. The atmosphere, decor and welcome was all genuine French with an added international flavour as the owners have travelled far and wide. Rooms were clean and decorated with farmhouse furniture. Our bathroom had a shower room with sunken lights. The welcome was warm and we were treated like a family member. We opted for the evening meal which was a great introduction to local French cooking. The meal is held with other guests round a large dining table and you can drink as much wine as you want. There is no menu but one of us is vegeatrian and meal accommodated that. For breakfast local produce is again rolled out with melon jam. Only disappointment was lack of wifi throughout property but I was invited throught to the owners living area to get a good signal. Pool table in lounge and swimming pool ( not open when we visited) provides entertainment.
