My husband and I had a lovely one night stay in this hotel. The owners have managed to modernise but still keep much of the character of this lovely old building. Our room was small but well furnished and we had a great night's sleep in it. The manager was so helpful - he really made the effort to make us welcome and ensure our stay was enjoyable. It's a great location, just 5 minutes walk from the palace and the river. All in all a very enjoyable night away - we will be back!

Lovely and charming hotel well situated in the historic town of Nérac.
My husband and I had a lovely one night stay in this hotel. The Hotel has been modernised but it still keeps much of the character of this lovely old building. while preserving the authenticity and charm The manager and his wife were very friendly and helpful - They really made us feel welcomed and ensured our stay was enjoyable. It's a great location, just 5 minutes walk from the palace and the river.
Nicely appointed room with many luxurious touches... and spacious, with a very nice bathroom and wonderful shower.
Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well thought out.
Breakfast was available in a light a bright modern room, that still holds some of its original features. Excellent continental breakfast.

We found Nerac and the Hotel Henri IV by luck and were happy we did. The property is modern, but with vintage charm. There is a small inviting pool. The on-site owners were friendly and helped us locate a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast included a variety of treats. We would return to Hotel Henri IV.

This hotel is lovely. The owners are lovely and very helpful. They have a great plunge pool and great cozy public spaces including a little pub. Breakfast is beautiful we wished we could’ve stayed longer.

This is an excellent boutique hotel run by Julian and his wife. It was a beautifully appointed hotel - the room we had was large and comfortable and was an accessible room. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds and a delightful place to stay. Highly recommend.

Lovely and charming country side hotel well situated in the historic town of Nerac.
Spacious rooms, lovely breakfast spread, welcoming staff and very clean. Even a little swimming pool in the backyard.

Everyone should experience the Hotel Henri IV when they stay in or near Nerac! Nerac is a wonderful place to visit and so many sights of interest nearby. Make Hotel Henri IV your place to stay while you enjoy so many historic places around Nerac on day-trip journeys. Julien and Ann have bicycles for rent and you can enjoy the beauty of the French countryside and the charming people.

The hotel is recently renovated and expanded in a way that brings out the historic charm of the original building.
The owners are very friendly and helpful, made our stay a real pleasure. Good breakfast with pastries, cheese, yoghurt, crepes, etc. A perfect place to stay for a visit in Nerac and surroundings.

I was heading north to the ile de re and Hotel iv was a delight. The building has such a French feel to it but with comfort and character, I received a very good welcome, an excellent room, that was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was most enjoyable with a good selection of pastries and other delicacies with plent of coffee and other drinks.
