I stayed at the Sant Cugat Hotel for 10 days, while recovering from surgery.
Iria and her team were wonderful, and incredibly accommodating, and their hospitality made a difficult time much more manageable.
The room itself is modern, functional, and practical, with good control over the temperature and light, and minimal sound from the hotel itself. The daily continental breakfast was fresh and tasty, and was available for a generous 3 or 4 hours (depending on the day).
The only constructive feedback I could offer is that the internet was sometimes a bit slow, and unable to sustain a video calls to family back home.

This is a very well run and interesting hotel. God service, both at reception and the lounge. Comfortable and quiet rooms with large beds, though I had trouble getting the air conditioning right. An excellent location if you choose to visit San Cugat and/or the ESADE campus which is a 10 minutes walk. The train for Barcelona is about a 20 minute walk. I have stayed here many times

Rooms spacious enough with a mini fridge & kettle.
Beds a bit on the firm side.
Bathroom products save bringing your own & smelled nice. (Hair conditioner would be needed) although the hairdryer is useless!
Food from the bar is fine but service can be slow if busy.
Breakfast is continental style.
Yoghurts, boiled egg, selection of bread with a toaster, jams, cheese, hams, fresh fruit, cereal.
Fresh orange, juices, coffee machine.

Congratulations on organizing our daughter's Birthday Party.
All the staff who have assisted us have been very friendly and attentive, and always ready to solve any problem that may arise.
Special mention to Irene who was responsible for organizing the event, to the maintenance technician who helped us set up the room, to the maître responsible for the room and dinner service, and to the waiter who worked behind the bar. It is lucky when you have people of great professional and human quality.
The food was very good and the pace of service was very adequate.
The attention to a person who needed a gluten-free diet as well as another who was a vegetarian was very appreciated.
The living room and terrace are cozy spaces where everyone, young and old, feels very comfortable.
We have been very happy and we will not hesitate to repeat if we need to organize any other event.

Comfortable business hotel. Breakfast is great for a quick bite. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, friendly staff.
Keep in mind, very few restaurants are open late in Sant Cugat. The bar staff at the hotel helped me out with some olives/nuts/beer to tie me over, greatly appreciated.

Hello, I think it is an ideal place both to sleep and to celebrate family events. In our case we have enjoyed their services for a couple of baptisms and for family dinners. The treatment has always been unbeatable, the food of good quality and with an excellent quality/price ratio. They have a table for 12 people that is like the dining table at home. It is isolated from the rest which allows privacy and one feels really well cared for. Eli has always coordinated the event for us, she is one of the people in charge of the hotel who is super attentive to all the details. Super recommendable!

Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff and a decent buffet breakfast BUT the beds are too hard. Quality of sleep is very thing for me (I don’t need anything else really) and this is the reason for my rating. Also the a/c wasn’t working and the room was far too hot largely because the fridge is generating so much heat

The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Most speak English but it wasn't expected. Americans need to be reminded that European hotels don't have microwaves so order meals accordingly. We could not have been happier with the room and location. So nice to return to after going to Barcelona. The train ride is quick and great value in staying here. Highly recommend.

The hotel is a nicev4* hotel, scandinavian style decor, we had the larger room which is spaciouse. The place is clean and service very attentive and polite. Location- as long as you want to be in Sant Cugat- cannot be any better. Easy access to the train into center Barcelona ( about 25 minutrs) And the city its self is calm, beautiful, packed with restaurants and cafes and people realy freindly. We had a Great stay.
