So we stayed at this hotel, it was lovely. It had a lovely market mall at the back, the room view is Wonderfull. Though it has no amenities or gym, the reception are so lovely & understand English, for a four star , it's alright.

Very Nice business hotel, would work for the family as well. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is very attentive and willing to help with any request. Typical Italian Hotel Air Conditioning leads a lot to be desired. I would and intend to return here. Not far from the City Center, but a little out of the way....

If you are thinking about staying in this particular hotel think twice. The customer service is atrocious. The bar and restaurant staff were so RUDE i had to go elsewhere on day 3 of 7. They were very standoffish and rude to those who spoke English yet accommodating and friendly to Italians. In addition to this the room was not...

I can not say enough about the staff and this hotel. The were friendly and very helpful. The room was a good size, nice bed and a clean bathroom. The bar in the lobby and the outdoor patio was a nice feature as well.

This hotel is rather disappointing. The location is not very good if you do not have a car to get around. There is very little food around the hotel, except the mall across the way. The elevators are tiny and can hold 2 people with bags or 3 people at the most. The single bed room was very tight and...

The stay was very comfortable with clean spacious rooms with big bed. The breakfast was quite good. We had been there in May and stayed for 1 night. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good and quite easily accessible.

I had stayed for one night here. They are having large rooms with big beds. Overall comfortable night stay. Morning breakfast was ok for vegetarians who don't eat eggs. Only bread and cornflakes are there for such strict veg people. Rooms were neat and clean. Wifi was also of good quality. Recommended to stay if planning to go to Venice...

My stay here was good, the lobby was decorated for Christmas as it was December when I stayed. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The outside doesn't look like very much, but inside quite nice. Dinner was good but a little pricey. Breakfast was typical Italian, pastries, coffee, juice, salami and ham definitely not American fare with hot breakfast....

The hotel is centrally located just nest to a shopping mall. I went there for a business trip but was impressed with the location , they just have one restaurant which serves decent food. Be sure what you order for ! sparking or still... overall its near to tourist destinations and decent service . cant go wrong
