Very nice breakfast. Staff were very welcoming. Comfortable beds. Nice room. The lake view was calming. Hotel is right near a Chinese restaurant, there’s also a good cafe very close to the hotel. Overall such a nice experience. There are parks good for walking around (in Milano Due).

Very nice location, all green around but in the middle of an housing estate with appartements; nice pond with turtles and kois; restaurants in walking distance, very friendly hotel staff, very clean and nicely renovated rooms; breakfast was 10 out of 10; unfortunately the aircon in the room was a bit too noisy and the hotel bar was closed due to shortage of staff; nevertheless a couple of bars are around in walking distance... Will definitely book and recommend this hotel!!!

I stayed in the hotel for almost a week. Unfortunatelly for me this hotel is not nice at all. Room was very cold. No carpet in the room made it even worse. I could not select which lights I want to swich on/off as they all go with one button. In the bathroom there was no proper light to make make up - only ceiling lights. Definitely not cosy. the hotel is based in a nice area, however if you need any shops or bars you will not find it. Even the bar in the hotel was closed. Nice breakfasts. Restaurant - average food but nice and helpful people in the restaurant. Reception staff needs to be more informed about room service facilities. No facilities to make coffee/tea in the room and extra cost for better internet (9euro per day). I will NOT RECOMMEND.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in Oct 2022. One of the worse hotels I have stayed. Understand that NH Hotels are not known for quality service, but what happened was simply shocking. On the second morning, our tour group was not allowed to dine in the main hall for breakfast and was literally pushed to the basement. While we can understand that sometimes it is possible that because of the small dining room we can be asked to dine in another room. But what was unacceptable is that there was no attempt to provide decent food in the alternate dining area. There was only one offering of very dilute "orange juice" (if you can call it orange juice). The bread was hard and there was no toaster (a basic standard offering). The spread was simply unacceptable. I asked to speak with the manager but was told he was not around. I requested for feedback form and was told there is none. Definitely not a pleasant place.…

Very nice location like a park. Beautiful rooms and service. Very clean rooms and services consistent with the category of the hotel. Location close to the San Raffaele hospital, excellent for business or for health services related to the health facility.

great hotel very quiet and relaxing. the setting and very exhausting and at no time did we have the impression of being 15km from Milan. the continental breakfast and very well supplied and excellent. the rooms are very well appointed and comfortable.

The location of this hotel is very beautiful: inside a complex of flats, facing a lake, a very peaceful and quiet location. They paid much attention to my requests regarding the allergies. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. I did expect a small 1 person bed but instead the 1 person bed las large enough even for 2 people. The breakfast offered a large variety of choices. They only lack fresh vegetables. The coffee was delicious. Also, the lady in the cafeteria was super nice and helpful.

Not the typical over the top NH hotel boasting first class finishes. Building is dated and needs refurbishment. Hotel built around a lake / pond which is very calming. Usual NH service was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have often said that it is impossible to have a bad meal in Italy ... this place has just proved me wrong!!! Having an allergy to mushroom and anything from the ocean, I ordered the burger ... huge mistake ... it was cold, tasteless and the bun was so stale it broke up. My most disappointing meal in Italy ever ... I passed on dinner at my favourite ( Peter Pan) because my colleague and I were tired ... this was the last thing I needed after a long day! Thanks for nothing nh!
