We selected the hotel for the night before an early departure from Linate Airport to the US. We were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff -- in particular Leonarde who was very helpful. Our room was small, but exceptionally clean and functional. The bathroom looked like it had recently been renovated, and was sparkling clean. The shower was one of the best we experienced in all of Italy... great water pressure and unquestionably clean. Although we didn't sleep great due to our anticipation regarding waking up at 3:45AM to get to the hotel's 4:30AM complimentary shuttle, the bed was extremely comfortable. We also ate dinner in the hotel's restaurant, which was surprisingly good. Our server, Marina, was very friendly and attentive. Charming staff. Good restaurant though service very slow. Room clean and well-equipped. Airport shuttle only just worked: couldn't escape the impression that the staff found it an inconvenience. Overall very good.

A great cost benefit alternative, which is very close to the airport. They have a shuttle service that departs almost on the land and takes you to the airport in under five minutes. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was surprisingly good. The only thing that I didn’t like is it spite of me lowering the temperature to 16°C, the room was still uncomfortably warm, so I wound up sleeping with an open window.

Awesome property. The staff are very helpful. Stayed here the night before an early morning flight. Quiet, clean, large room, and best off all the airport shuttle is very convenient. You just go to the lobby when you’re ready to leave the staff will call the driver, you might have to wait 5-10 minutes. Will definitely stay again. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. The restaurant for dinner opens late, 7:30 p.m. While that is typical in Europe it wasn’t great when you have an early flight and want to eat a little earlier.

In my opinion the most important benefit is that you can reach the hotel by walk and shuttle bus on call (free) to and from airport. Hotel Rooms are nice and clean, staff is even nicer. I got offered for free the breakfast, thanks for that, Breakfast buffet was normal standard. This hotel is good for stopover waiting another flight but also to visit Milan if you want to stay out of the city center, it's easily reachable with the bus from Airport to Duomo. So really a good deal.

Air France shifted our flight from Malpesa to Linate, an airport we had never heard of us before. It resulted in loss of money for another Malpesa hotel because we had booked it prepaid guaranteed. (How many times have you heard of an airline shifting airports on you versus just flight times!) That said, I will try and fly from Linate again so that I can stay at this hotel. Grrrrrrrrrreat service and staff there, and I was surprised by how good the dinner was at their restaurant. Highly recommended and quire reasonably-priced.

Very close to airport, clean and spacious family room. Separate bath and WC. Comfortable bed, clean, though next to airport but quite. Breakfast extra pay but nice. We had a family room. They let us have late check out free of charge. Hotel has shuttle bus to airport free of charge. Fridge, TV, safe and bid wardrobe

We were very pleased with this hotel. Very convenient to the Milan Linate Airport, but in an industrial type area. The free shuttle was very helpful to and from flights and also picking up and dropping off the rental car. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. They also had a good dinner menu.

Great place to stay if you need to return a rental car, visit Milano (25 min by bus) and fly out. The hotel has shuttles to the airport and back so it is very comfortable. They picked us up after dropping the car, any time we went to Milan and back, we had a ride to the bus and to the flight.

This hotel is much better on the inside than it looks on the outside! The shuttle service was great, and the rooms were clean and modern. The price was reasonable so it was perfect for us to stay before we left early in the morning from Linate. AC was pretty good.
