This guesthouse was a little tricky to find as the tomtom did not recognise the address but the drive there was amazing. The views were astonishing and the drive into the small village was very cute. We got the feeling that we had gone out of season as most places were quiet but we had no problem with finding things...

All 5 of us were greeted on our arrival...hot and bothered, leathers on, and yes...an honesty bar! crash helmets down, and the first of several German beers consumed... Phil and Kate the owners were so kind, warm and welcoming, why would anyone consider staying anywhere else when in the area? I cannot praise the Grunenberg enough, beautiful location, owners who...

I picked this Gastehaus for our party of four simply on location and the previous recommendations, so it was a real leap of faith to book it. Arriving on two bikes in almost 30'C temperatures, Phil . . bless him . . came out to meet all the sweaty new arrivals, and immediately you could feel the stress of the...

Found out about this excellent B & B on the Web. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Nice clean room with en-suite shower room, again very clean. Great evening meal in one of the close by restaurants. Fine choice of food for buffet breakfast. All for a very reasonable price. From my point of view the only down side was that...
