Stayed overnight at this stunning designer hotel. Lovely bright modern and recently renovated room with excellent facilities. Fantastic staff ! Eli & Jason could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Public areas are quirky and very attractively decorated, with lots of space. Fantastic breakfast - exceptionally good sausages.

We chose Gray Manor as a venue for a celebration lunch for my Mum's 90th birthday. Jason and Eli couldn't have been more accommodating. They were willing to help with anything but also allowed us a free hand. Any little problems were attended to straight away. The food was fantastic, just what we ordered and beautifuly presented. The staff were...

Came here with friends for a weekend away with friends. The duty manager Nick Rizzuto was an absolute phenomenal host. No chore was too big or small and he tended to us diligently and fervently. He went above and beyond. Thank you Nick. We will come back again and will definitely be having your handmade carbonara again.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told we were the only guests that night. The hotel was officially closed for maintenance and redecoration, but our booking had crept through by mistake. Rather than cancelling our reservation they had decided they had a room (no smells or signs of any maintenance in progress) and so would honour our booking....

My son and daughter-in-law booked Gray's Hotel for their wedding reception. We also booked the hotel rooms for guests as many family and friends were travelling for the wedding. Eli and the staff were great in helping to arrange everything at short notice. On the day, the staff helped everything to run smoothly. The venue looked amazing. This is a...

Geographically, the Gray Manor Hotel suited me well, and offers good parking, free wifi, restaurant and bar as advertised. On reflection, the Hotel offers little more than a Premier Inn however, with a buffet breakfast included. I thought the room looked tired, particularly the carpet, and was so hot that I had to open the window, upon which the A303...

I booked two double rooms for myself and a colleague, The welcome was good and the staff friendly. Our rooms were very cold and we requested that the heating was put on, two convector heaters were provided. My room, whilst comfortable enough, was pretty shabby. The carpets were really dirty, and I didn't take my shoes off until bedtime! The...

We were guests at a wedding the hotel was hosting and we chose to stay overnight as well. We arrived way too early but were offered coffee and our clothes were taken to be hung up until our room was ready. Rooms were functional with loads of storage and beds really comfortable - very generous with the tea and coffee...
