When we arrived at the hotel we were told we were the only guests that night. The hotel was officially closed for maintenance and redecoration, but our booking had crept through by mistake. Rather than cancelling our reservation they had decided they had a room (no smells or signs of any maintenance in progress) and so would honour our booking....

My son and daughter-in-law booked Gray's Hotel for their wedding reception. We also booked the hotel rooms for guests as many family and friends were travelling for the wedding. Eli and the staff were great in helping to arrange everything at short notice. On the day, the staff helped everything to run smoothly. The venue looked amazing. This is a...

Geographically, the Gray Manor Hotel suited me well, and offers good parking, free wifi, restaurant and bar as advertised. On reflection, the Hotel offers little more than a Premier Inn however, with a buffet breakfast included. I thought the room looked tired, particularly the carpet, and was so hot that I had to open the window, upon which the A303...

I booked two double rooms for myself and a colleague, The welcome was good and the staff friendly. Our rooms were very cold and we requested that the heating was put on, two convector heaters were provided. My room, whilst comfortable enough, was pretty shabby. The carpets were really dirty, and I didn't take my shoes off until bedtime! The...

We were guests at a wedding the hotel was hosting and we chose to stay overnight as well. We arrived way too early but were offered coffee and our clothes were taken to be hung up until our room was ready. Rooms were functional with loads of storage and beds really comfortable - very generous with the tea and coffee...

This was a last minute booking and I was unsure what to expect . The rooms were fairly okay and as we did not spend much time in them suited us perfectly . Location is excellent with short drives to Salisbury , Winchester and Bath. The bar and seating area is fair open with quirky design features . I liked...

Gray Manor turned out to be a perfect place for a pit-stop on our journey from London to the Southcoast. We only spent one night at the hotel but had a wonderful time in their luxury suite (the Jacuzzi was especially delightful!). The room had everything we needed toiletries, teas/coffees etc. The communal areas of the hotel are beautiful (the...

We stayed 2 nights at this great little hotel due to it's proximity to Stonhenge just off the A303. It was very easy to access the local area from the hotel but the hotel itself offered all the amenities needed for a sight seeing base. No pool but large, modern rooms and the place was so quiet at night. Mostly...
