Casa Maya has a perfect location between the Estero beach and Santa Catalina centre. Paolo was very nice to us and we had everything we need. The airco is working and the water is perfect (which is not so normal for this town). The kitchen is fully equiped and it is clean. There was no wifi but that is a...

Our experience was a bit different than others. Due to an unfortunate situation we arrived in the evening and the power was out in that part of Santa Catalina. Yikes. The room must have been close to 45 degrees Celsius inside. No AC and no fan. At points it was very scary. We were not the only guests who had...

I stayed there for three nights and it was perfect. The room is very clean, it has a small kitchen (with all that you need) which was very useful for us as mostly restaurants were closed in town. It is located a 15 minutes walking from Estero Beach and 10 minutes from the center. Paolla, the owner, was very kind!

A two bedroom casita with large living/dining area and full kitchen for $80 per night - can't beat it! Hammocks on the front patio and back deck, A/C in the bedrooms which helped cool down the whole house, and a spacious tile bath - all very clean and comfortable. A relaxing place to be, within walking distance of three restaurants...

Big Sleepingroom with large kitchen, everything was very clean and well designed, the AC worked well and Paola the owner was very kind. Only the short way to the village didnt work. But the beaches are very close and perfect but only for surfing.

We stayed for four nights at Casa Maya. We had our own kitchen, bedroom and shower. Everything is clean, airconditioning working and the WiFi too (sometimes slow depending on the weather). It looks like Casa Maya it is in the middle of nowhere, but when we discovered a short cut, it is just 5 minutes away from the main beach...

Had a difficult time finding the place, signage on roads does not exist. For anyone wanting to know, this place is on the same road to Cabanas Time Out. We arrived. It was quaint. The cabin/unit was advertised as being air conditioned, but the a/c unit was only in the bedroom. When we opened the door to go in it...
