We left the TMB early and asked to arrive early which was met with a gracious "yes". We had a nice sized room with a comfortable bed with comfy sheets and a terrific view of Monte Bianco. We needed some laundry to be done- also graciously agreed to for a reasonable cost. The breakfast is indeed VAST in a lovely... More

My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Astoria for 2 nights on our Tour du Mont Blanc trek and loved this place! The room was a bit dated and woody, but it did have a rain showerhead and comfortable mattress. The thing we loved most was help helpful and funny staff - the gentleman with the beard who usually... I have stayed here several times on my way between Italy and France. This is a three star hotel that gives you a five star service. The rooms are always spotlessly clean. They have a delightful restaurant that serves excellent food. The staff are all, without exception, very friendly and helpful. I really am very glad that I have found... More

We arrived late, PM10, so we were happy to find a hotel with a vacant room. But we would have better spend the night in our car. We payed €80 for a room + breakfast. There was only WIFI downstairs, the owner was drunk at AM8 and breakfast consisted of toast, pre-packed rolls, olives and rice cakes. The only positive... More

Stayed one night on a ski trip and got bad/no service what so ever. Sheets were missing, breakfast was really poor, hotel smells like cicarette and management was uninterested about everything. Bathroom was fixed lately which was point to give compliment. Got the sheet mid-night and left to look breakfast after "breakfast".

Very comfortable, nice hotel with a local atmospere. Breakfast is very good and tasty and prepared with a family care. Clean and cosy rooms, I can recommend this lovely place to all who do not like to stay in big, impersonal hotels...

This is one of the best Hotels we have ever been in. It is not luxury, but it is the very clean mountain / skying style hotel with an amazing attention and devotion from their staff. We enjoyed the stay, the food (best breakfast in long time, especially the desserts, included in the price), very good cappuccino coffees, fantastic view... More

Towards the end of June and early July of 2015, I hiked the Tour du Mont Blanc with a group of 12 other hikers. The outfitter was HF Holidays. I had traveled with them before, hiking England Coast to Coast, and the West Highland Way (Scotland). Those experiences were outstanding. I was looking for another multi-day strenuous hike. The Tour... More

We stopped over for one night on our way from Tuscany to home. It is essentially the last hotel in Italy before the Mont Blanc tunnel. Parking was cramped but free. Really nice family ruining the place. Rooms were decent and clean. Breakfast was good too. About 15 mins from centre of the resort but at the foot of one... More
