My 2 friends and I spent 3 days at La Tavola Marche in late Sept. What a wonderful trip. A beautiful rustic centuries old farmhouse with modern conveniences. Extraordinary hospitality from Ashley and Jason, with a wonderful dinner served our first night there. Large breakfasts with fresh fruits, yogurts and eggs from the chickens were a bargain for $5. We...

This October my sister and I spent 5 days at La Tavola Marche, in the middle of the Italian countryside, where Ashley and Jason did everything to make our stay wonderful. Within those days we learnt how to make and cook fresh pasta (cooking course run by Jason in a wonderful rustic kitchen), ate fabulous 5 course meals (prepared skilfully by...

Very lovely farmhouse in the middle of the Italian countryside operated by a very sweet couple! Perfect to disconnect from the outside world and indulge yourself in Italian delicacies. Market walk and cooking class highly recommended.

This is our second visit to La Tavola Marche. We enjoyed the cooking classes, hiking and just the peaceful setting. Rooms are rustic but clean and the beds are comfortable. Ashley and Jason are wonderful hosts with a great knowledge of the area. The food is excellent, often prepared by guests under the supervision of chef Jason.

accommodation was simple but adequate. unfortunately the lack of comfortable seats in the rooms and around the place made us not wanting to stay during the day. but what surprised us was that a place that thrives on giving cooking classes, they couldnt and wouldnt handle my diet adjustments, which they did mention beforehand. They could have handled it more...

We certainly still have a passion for good food and sharing that with our guests. When booking we ask if there are any allergies or dietary restrictions and do our best to accommodate our guests. In this case we received a list of food allergies: "My wife cannot eat any kind of onions, leak, wheat, belt pepper. Cocked garlic is...

I loved it from the moment my feet hit the ground. The buildings are quaint and picture perfect! I felt like I was on a movie set. The rooms were so well equipped for such an old farm. Great showers and bathroom facility. The kitchen had everything you would hope for, along with a beautiful fireplace. We were on the...

We really enjoyed our stay. Ashley and Jason are very kind hosts and Jason is a very skilled chef and also a very good teacher. We stayed for three days and did the market tour and a cooking class. We can recommend both! The area is very quiet and not "touristy" at all. The food was excellent.

We loved our stay at La Tavola Marche! Compared to everywhere else we visited in Italy, the Marche region felt the most authentic and least touristy, which was right up our alley. Guest arrive at La Tavola Marche after a beautiful winding drive through the Italian countryside. It's way out there, but it's well worth the drive! Everything about the...

Wonderful hidden gem! Don't know how I found out about La Tavola Marche, but so happy I did! Ashley is the ultimate hostess and very knowledgeable about the region, with great suggestions on local places to visit! I visited with my Sisters and the apartment was spacious and gave us room to spread out. Loved the chickens and the whole...

La Tavola was such an amazing experience. The cooking classes were done so well and Jason is an amazing teacher and makes the class fun for all ages. Ashley is so welcoming and full of knowledge for the area and has so many wonderful recommendations. I wish they were not selling, as I would make this trip every year. This...
