Our third visit here and it will not be the last!!! So comfortable and welcoming it feels like "Coming home"!!! Barbara is an amazing host, nothing is too much trouble and the place is immaculate. The beds are VERY comfortable..it is peaceful, plenty of hot water, toiletries, teas and coffee, a stocked fridge of essential breakfast items AND the icing on the cake is the FULL breakfast delivered at an agreed time cooked to PERFECTION. Barbara is an excellent chef and will cook dinner upon request... To me this is THE perfect place to stay in the area, we absolutely LOVE it and highly recommend!!!

The Swallows stood out from the crowd - how many B&Bs provide a fridge, micro-wave, toaster and kettle? We decide to spend 3 nights here and were not disappointed. We were met by Barbara and shown to our accommodation - it was not just a room! Breakfast (extensive menu) was served in a conservatory attached to our room. Tea, coffee, sugar, fresh farm milk, orange juice, yoghurts, cereals, marmalade bread and spread all supplied. The room was extremely comfortable. The Swallows exceeded our expectations. Thank you Barbara. We decided to use the T5 bus to go into Cardigan, a wise decision given parking restrictions in the town.

Met by the owner who was very helpful. Parking right outside the room. Incredibly peaceful setting. Ground floor, own door and nearby grass is ideal with a dog. I wished I had a torch as was dark if have to go out in the night. Very spacious room and wet room. Separate twin room which I didn't go in but makes it great for families. Handy small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, plates and cutlery so can bring evening takeaways back, and some food supplies. Happy to have the settee to watch tv in the evening. Separate conservatory was lovely (great heater) and breakfast delivered to there was super. Extremely comfortable bed and room was warm. WiFi worked with no problems. Just a shame I was only staying 1 night as a superb home from home for just me or up to a family of 5.

My husband stayed for three nights whilst rennovating a house. Fab breakfast and well appointed room. Barbara was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again! Unless youve been before, best to arrive in daylight as it can be tricky to find in the dark.

My family and I booked an overnight stay at the swallows and was not disappointed. The self contained cabin was immaculate and very well equipped . My daughters loved the surroundings and loved playing with the sheep and Teddy the ram . Anyone visiting New Quay this is a must .
