I spent 2 nights at this resort. Pros: Breath takingly beautiful grounds, great sea view from our room, private beach, nicely designed restaurant, clean rooms, fast free wi-fi, beautiful birds. Cons: no professional staff, no variety or quality at breakfast, very old & small TV, uncomfortable bed & sofa, ugly designed rooms, its prices are high & not matching the...

the location of hotel is incredible that you can't hold. it has architectural building that rooms are seprated to two parts: one part has sea view and the other one has green mountain view and if i say view of mountain and sea means distance between these are too small means you can walk away to sea for 3 mins...

This was a diappointment overall. We stayed in one of the three bedroom villas for a family reunion. The hotel was built within the past ten years but it is very dated. Taking a shower was a chore as the floor was soaked. The beach area was very poorly maintained. Although a public beach, I would have expected the hotel...

I stayed with my family for two nights at the main building on the 3rd floor in this hotel in April 2014. The room had a nice view of the Caspian sea, although the suite was quite small with barely enough room to walk around. Each room had its own air conditioner which was more than sufficient for cooling you...

A lovely experience; appropriate space for large families! We are a family of five people that hardly can find a nice place and enough space for all members. This hotel, indeed has 3 bedroom villas that are designed to be appropriate and also provides comfort place for the whole family!

I went to this sea side compound with my own share of hopes but low expectations however the two day experience quickly changed my mind. First off I have to suggest that this place is probably so high on my list due to the fact that we went there after the Norouz rush (peak season) was over...If you're looking for...

That is a really fantastic and large hotel. There are restaurants, fastfood, souvenir shop and coffee shop there. The manager has the academic requirements (something not common in Iran). The price is dependent on the season. For the place it is fare. Large free area and marvelous decorating. What I really loved about it is its coffee shop with glass...
