Unfortunately the room is not a 4* grade. The size is very small with very old furniture. Not cosy at all. Plugs are not compatible. You need to request an adapter and you get no more than one per room.

The hotel is located in a small village, It is next to a small ski slope with fun park, which is great for kids. The ski centre is located 15 min drive away. Regular ski buses operate. The hotel is very good quality, our family suite was enormous. All furniture were wood carved and the bed mattresses are super comfortable....

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are large and clean, free WiFi (also in the rooms). Food was great, tasty, there were always vegetarian options. Swimming pool could be bigger, that is the ONLY drawback. I would love to stay there again next year.

Hotel reminds more Bed & Breakfast but what else you need then coming here for skying. Rooms - comfy and clean, would appreciate complimentary coffee & tea facilities in the room. Breakfast -...

Food: average at best. Pool: closed in the mornings. Open only for 3 hours in the afternoon. Surprise surprise, its jam packed. I know this is about minimizing costs of operation- but DONT do it in such a guest-unfriendly way. Besides, there is so much chlorine in the pool, that after 30 min you just want out. 4 stars? 3...

This hotel is in a little place called Cogollo. It is so small, dark and quiet, you can't imagine. The hotel is new, rooms are very spacious and comfort. But I am afraid that the heating was off during the day (until 18.00) and then it was working all night long (even too hot during the night) and then again...
