Hello Nancy, my husband and I are currently visiting Florence for 3 days and we took a trip to Montalcino for a winery and on the way back stopped in to have a wonderful dinner at the Castello. However, we contacted the Castello in advance and knew that they would be serving dinner that evening for their guests. It is more like a B&B that offers their guests breakfast and occasionally dinner. I would contact them directly and ask for Antonio.

It also does not serve dinner every night. But it is a fabulous place! Good luck.
