We stayed for one night, 4th March 2017 and what a find this is? On arrival we were greeted by Kim and shown to our room. Kim asked us if we wanted tea or coffee and when she brought our tray up, we had delicious homemade Victoria sponge and cookies.....our room was pure luxury. King size bed, pillows you sink...

I stayed for 2 nights midweek. The reason behind visiting Devon wasn't pleasant (my mum had been taken seriously ill) so it was a sad, stressful time. Kim was a fantastic host, and made my visit pleasant and relaxed. My room was stunning and so clean, with all the amenities I needed. I also met their two beautiful dogs, Bailey...

Our stay could not have been more enjoyable. The farmer and farmer's wife were friendly, thoughtful and could not do enough for us, including offering complimentary tea and home made cakes on our arrival. Our tastefully decorated, immaculately clean room was well equipped, with an excellent, modern shower room and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was generous with good quality,...

This place is located in a secluded spot. The host was lovely and the B&B was very clean. She had plenty of information about the area for us too. The breakfast was great and she happily fit in with our plans. It was about a mile to the nearest pub (only one in the area so make sure you book!)...

We choose this lovely farm location due to it's proximity to the Tarka Trail. Kay and Hank couldn't have been more welcoming or accommodating. Lovely big room, comfortable bed, nice linen, big bathroom very nice shower and fantastic breakfast! They even let us leave our car there overnight whilst we did the trail (full length there and back) and let...

Taking a break on the coast to coast cycle with the family. Really appreciated the cakes and tea on arrival...an unexpected but lovely touch. The rooms were just what we needed...very comfortable with amazing showers (hot and very strong pressure). Lovely views too. The owner had booked us in for a meal at the local pub, and would, I'm sure,...

We stayed at Friars Hele to visit family who live nearby in a local village. Arriving quite late was no problem for them. As it's on a farm parking is easy but it's all on concrete. Really nice people and well prepared rooms. Breakfast made to exactly what we wanted as well as all the cereals juices etc. No problem...
