We went there for a family wedding and it would be apt to say that we were disappointed with what we saw. Don't go this place with expectations of anything similar to Neemrana, Pataudi or Dadhikar Fort hotels. Bara Bunglow is a very small property with average standards & service quality. Food is okayish.

Nature Let me start with the most obvious thing to note - squirrels running around, birds all around, hear ducks in the background, Yellow lotuses, a lot os variety of trees - can say gives a dense feeling, but everything well planned and laid out - giving you ample shades through the day. The property Amazing sized verandas, with surprising very less amount of mosquitoes and flies even at late hour - fitted with ceiling fans to sit out with friends and family for a nice drink & conversation till wee hours. Very comfortable "Mudda" - local cane chairs allowing you to sit good number of hours. Almost half the property has been marked as private as the owners reside at the same - the remaining is more than sufficient enough for a small group or a family (of 4, like mine). The Pool The water was absolutely clean, no chlorine - fresh water - since there were no guests apart from us, they allowed us to use the same - I was comfortable taking my kids 12 years and 4 years in the pool without any second though. The size is a bit restricted, but sufficient for a small group to enjoy it together. The Room Pretty big rooms actually - the furniture styling does not overdo it, leaves a lot of open room - but it could have been better - but nothing that would bother you. The sheets were absolutely clean, the room were fresh, well called before our arrival, bathrobes, slippers, regular toiletries as expected for 5 property was made available. The towels were plenty and absolutely clean as well. The Food Do not expect too much of whistles and hassles - rather expect brilliantly prepared home cooked food with care. They prepared some basic pasta on our request for the kids - pretty well done with the right seasoning. Our compliments to the cook. The Hospitality The staff is extremely courteous and ready to serve, any time, every time. Was staying over at the Independence Day weekend, so the staff was sup till mid night, preparing for flag hoisting, flags and ribbons around the trees. They went a bit overboard by asking us to hoist the flag in the morning and arrange for a complimentary cake - just like that - I somehow found that a bit overwhelming and a bit intruding - but, have to compliment their thoughts and efforts to make us feel special - I am sure, other travellers might really appreciate such an effort from them. Overall I loved staying there with my family, it was safe, clean, hygienic, quiet, homely in every aspect. Would love to go back there, and would recommend others for stay as well.…

We went to this place in a group of 6 couples, to celebrate a friend's birthday. We just wanted to chill and didn't had very high hopes when we entered. But from the entrance to the property, to the bell boys taking the luggage, to the welcome. Everything was at par with a good star property. The rooms very very good. The food was mind blowing, very simple, and very delicious. Even the kids didn't complaint even once. And the thing that will remain in the our memories, is the hospitality. It was superb. Quaint downtown hotel/homestay with super friendly staff and beautifully clean rooms. They treat you like their families and customizes everything for. Very tasty food. We 3 friends visited this place and had so much fun , the vibe of this place is so amazing and comfortable that you would feel that you are at your home . the amazing staff would not let you feel that you are somewhere outside ! They provide you anything and everything you want , plus the entire crew is so humble and giving. We also enjoyed candle light dinner and bonfire night in the evening which definitely adds more brownie points because we loved the entire setup. Also not to forget the view from our room which was super gorgeous 😍. It is a must visit place ❣️
