The Anmon Resort Bintan delights many with its spacious, clean rooms and the resort's lively atmosphere, complete with music and entertainment, adds to the welcoming vibe despite some noise concerns. The picturesque lagoon setting is a standout, offering a range of activities and glamping experiences, though a few guests suggest enhancements in facilities.
The staff's friendliness and helpfulness often receive acclaim, though peak times can see slower service. While the cleanliness is widely commended, additional costs for activities and dining are something to consider for those seeking value.

I don't normally write reviews, but when I do it's because this place definitely delivers 👌🏼 I gotta say, it's probably because we came on a low season weekday so it feels like the whole place is ours. No complaints there tho, we ended up having a very chill and quiet holiday time, and the best part, no queue to the watersport attractions.
The hotel itself is exactly like the pictures. + Clean room + friendly and helpful staff + perfect well maintained surroundings.
The room comes with breakfast included, free access to Treasure Bay's Crystal Lagoon, and a walk away from the Marine Life Adventures.
The location is only 15 mins ride to the Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Station (took the Bintan Resort Ferry)
Thank you for the whole Anmon staff, u guys are doing a superb job !
Special mentions to Bu Heny, Erni, Ayu, the friendly bartenders and the super helpful concierge and security (which I didn't quite catch their names).
Will definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway from the cities.

Beautiful resort with nice living tents, huge lagoon and lots of activities to do.
The living tents came with clean air-conditioned rooms, nice toilet, comfy bed and even a glass ceiling window for star glazing at night. There's no TV, but not an issue as you can just relax in the room or bring along a tablet if you want. (Wifi's available all arount the resort).
There's lots to do in the resort from land to water activities, so you won't be bored. Getting around the resort is very easy, either get the super friendly staffs to fetch you around with their buggy or rent an electric scooter to zip around.
Food options is good as there are several dining area available around the resort. Food quality is not too bad. Price is moderate, taking in consideration that its a resort area and also depending on what you order.
But I wouldn't recommend to travel to the nearby Lagoi Plaza as the place is run down and the shops are mostly closed or out of business. Not worth the trip there.
Overall, its a very nice, relaxing and enjoyable place to be for destressing. The staffs are also really very friendly and polite! I rate it 8.5/10 and I will definitely come back again! 👍🏻😀

OK so you want to be modern and yet, outdoorsy rustic adventurous and cool. This place has it done right. There's no TV or telephone in your little teepee tent but they have this digital concierge which is seriously cool and does what it needs to very efficiently. We booked massages and buggy service through it easily, we could search up what's served at the Tipi Bar, what's available for dinner at Compass Rose, they even sent us a notification for an outdoor movie screening that night! When 10pm came, they sent friendly reminders to fellow glampers to keep noises down. You could order in ear plugs to get a good night's sleep as well. So thoughtful!
Our booking confirmation was slightly messed up, but I could totally see past that -(mine was booked under another person's name hmmm). Before making the booking, I was slightly apprehensive about what would be served at their breakfast. Seems like they took feedback seriously and did away with ala carte breakfast menu. Say hi to breakfast buffet style!
When night time came, there was even a fire show. Very cute.
My only gripe(s) - food options are really minimal around the bay. I recall seeing prices for all day access to water activities being under s$50 but now they are nearly S$80 per pax for access to all activities. Considering how little shade there is around the lagoon, it's impossible to hang out there whole day, and hence the price is kinda steep. You might end up burnt.
Other than that, super awesome stay. Kudos to the staff who made a special touch to the room to celebrate my husband's birthday. LOVED IT.

Hi A2127MNrachelg, Reading your review brings much joy! We are truly humbled to know that you have enjoyed your stay at ANMON. The teepee was designed with much thought through, to experience the camping feel without compromising on modern comforts. The whole concept of ANMON is for one to disconnect and rediscover and connect with yourself and others around you, hence we have left out the televisions from the rooms on purpose! Hope you've managed to spend some quality bonding time with your travelling party... and also had some good laughs from the puns in the digital concierge. ;) All guests' feedback is important to us and hence we always improve whenever possible. This brand new glamping resort was fantastic!
Located in TREASURE BAY BINTAN area as the largest Swimming Pool in Southeast Asia.
Room lay out are in faboulus set up, full amenities, this resort are family friendly resort as most of their staffs are very friendly, very helpful and love to see the kids.
There is no in room phone, so, if you need any kind of assistance, you will use a digital concierge by Facebook Messenger, It's cool!
There is 3 things in my suggestion to do in this resorts :
1. Rent the scooter to make you easier going around.
2. Ask the staff to arrange you a Seafoid Dinner in the mangrove river and its will give you a extra experiences.
3. Of course, SWIMMING

Visited this resort from 17 to 20 Dec 2022 with another family. Pickup from airport was smooth. The journey from the jetty to the resort was a short few minutes drive and check-in was a breeze. The rooms are generally ready before 3pm and the staff will inform you via WhatsApp. There is free wifi available in the resort premises. Kindly note that there is no TV and phone in the tents, and we communicate witg the front office via WhatsApp only.
This is very similar to The Canopi (now known as Natra Resort, managed by the Marriott group, and sharing the same Activity Centre).
The tent is reasonably sized and is able to accommodate 1 large bed (you can move one side all the wall against the wall if you plan to sleep with the kids) and up to another 3 single sized ones.
There is a small window on the ceiling about the big bed where you can use a stick near the entrance of the bathroom to open and see the sky.
The weather is very hot during our stay with occasional drizzling but the Aircon is very strong and comfortable.
Food at The Compass Rose is really so so only (eg fried rice and noodles are not tasty, and the variety is not appealing but enough for you to start your day every morning). Apart from the breakfast, I would not want to waste any calories.
The good news is that there is a taxi counter available at the lobby. Just add Didi (+62 821 7109 2909) and his team of friendly drivers will attend to all your needs. Didi is available 24hrs and together with his team, they are able to recommend day trips (eg reasonably priced ATV with twice the fun in a sand dune) and nice eateries (including Kelong Seafood, romantic cafe with great sunset view, etc.) around the resort at a fee. We thoroughly enjoyed the service from a few of their drivers, especially Yusril. He is both very friendly and helpful, and even double up as our photographer during our ATV trip as well as a tour guide during our 8hr booking with him!
Like all resorts here, the location is really out of the way but it offers a venue for people to get away from the hustles in the city, to unwind and recharge in an entirely different environment, i.e. a desert.
Do try out their BBQ package too. Make friends with Didi and Yusril and they will help you top up your dinner spread.
The staff are generally friendly and smiley most of the time. They are polite and not too conversant in English. Do take note that little bit of patience will go a long way.

Really love my stay over at Anmon Resort, very interesting concept that they have here and I really felt that I was glamping over at the desert area! Mother Nature was being very nice to my friends as the weather was really good there!
Very decent facilities there and you can practically get around the place by asking for the staff to drive you around in a buggy! There are a few places that you could go: The Lagoon, the recreation center, the lobby and your room.
Within the lagoon you can really chill and relax over there and there are some water activities for you to try out when you are there. You will just need to purchase a token and let the staff know and you will get to try them.
For the recreation center, there is a canteen with lots of street food around and basically they are all very delicious so you can just head over there and have a decent meal when you got nothing to do.
What was really special about our holiday there is that we actually engaged a chef to help us do a private dining over at our tent areas (we went in a big group so the size was perfect for dinner under the stars! There were fireworks as well from the other guests so it was practically a free show foe us!)
Lastly, some of my friends and I also popped by the lobby bar, which was really great to chill during late night!
Overall, a great experience and I will definitely drop by again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 1/2 day stay at Anmon Resort in Treasure Bay, Bintan Island, Indonesia. Classy glamping resort with a Middle Eastern desert-inspired theme. Very nicely decorated and clean rooms with very good attention to the smallest details of what guests might need: lots of power outlets, multiple wall hooks, classy wooden hangers, spacious bathrooms and VERY comfy beds and pillows. Even the 'do not disturb' signs were so creative! The massive Crystal Lagoon man-made saltwater pool needs to be seen to believed. The staff are super friendly, attentive and responsive. Probably my only critique is our tent's skylight wouldn't open and the velcro 'curtain' to keep out the light from our patio didn't work. But I imagine after 2 years of the pandemic, we can't expect things to be 100% perfectly working right away. There's also no sound proofing at all so noise carries far and wide, hence the 10PM noise curfew, Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper!
Still will highly recommend, especially for families.

We booked 7 units of tents for our group of 15 pax. These tents come in clusters of 4, with amenities and comfort one typically expect from 3-4 star hotels.
The Positives:
1. We love the design and concept of those teepee tents.
2. We tried the BBQ by our tents, amount of food provided was sufficient, love the entire experience. Staff was prompt when we asked for extra plates.
3. The access to Treasure Bay, adjacent to Anmon, is a definite plus of this resort. Check out a separate website of Treasure Bay for more details. (Note: Anmon, Natra and Treasure Bay are owned by the same developer but managed independently).
4. The nightly movies projected on large, outdoor screen is a nice touch. (However, I don’t know if they have the right to broadcast contents from Netflix in a public setting)
5. By and large, I think most staff we encountered were friendly and gave us the impression they were trying their best. There were gaps in services but I attribute those mainly to teething problems they encountered with their IT facilities.
The less than positives:
1. Noise: given this is tent-like set up, especially in clusters of 4, with close proximity to other clusters, one could expect to hear conversation from neighbouring tents. Tarps of those tents also generate sounds in moderate to strong winds. Hence, one needs to be prepared to accept this constraint as part of the “package”.
2. Limited F&B options within Anmon. Prices are quite steep as well.
Conclusion & Suggestions :
1. Good resort if your travel with extended families, especially with young kids. For couples who want more privacy, Natra Bintan next door may be a better option.
2. For alternative dining venues within walking distance, I’d recommend Patio (in Natra) instead of Marine Cafe (outside Anmon). Patio has much better ambience, view and at comparable if not lower prices.
3. Definitely do try the BBQ. It’s quite an experience.

We decided to visit Anmon for a weekend getaway after hearing many good reviews from friends. We were not disappointed!
The tents are new and air conditioned. Aircon is strong (very cold!) and the room is spacious even if you want to stay 4 in a room.
There is no television in the room but we didn’t mind that.
Bathroom is big and clean.
There is also a porch area with fan, table and sofa if you would like to sit outside.
You can also message the buggy to come and pick you anytime if your tent is too far from the main lobby.
We arranged for private bbq beside our tents for 16 of us. The set up was impressive!
From lights to table setting to food menu, everything was perfect and food was delicious.
Their service was excellent too; we ordered something outside the menu and they made it happen for us. The resort manager(we assume) also came around several times during our trip to ensure we were having a great time.
The weather was extremely kind to us and we had a super enjoyable and cool bbq night.
This is highly recommended and all of us had a short but memorable trip!
Definitely will stay with Anmon again if we are going back to Bintan!

Located very close to BBT ferry terminal, we boarded the shuttle to Anmon. The tent was very spacious. We could access to treasure bay and the newly opened marine park for snorkeling (for a small fee). Breakfast was ala carte style, healthy and wholesome! Love the hummus. Will visit again!

Yes, I do see kids around accompanied. To be safe, you can also confirm with the hotel
Thanks, winstonkpchoo. We had already been to Anmon. Agree that there isn't any mosquito. As for food, we had also dined at Natra for one of our meals.
