I visited this hotel in 2017 and I love this property a lot. Superb stunning service. Everyone smiling, everyone is so helpful. Great choices of food. The resort itself was huge, so beautiful, peaceful, clean, and tidy. I hope to visit Bintan Lagoon again in near future.
