Upon arrival there was a short delay with our room but that was because we were upgraded to the 5th floor west wing ocean view. All staff encountered were extremely happy, helpful and their smiles started your day off good. I am not a golfer however the green looked in very well kept condition. The resort offered extra activities -...

This is probably ranks as one of my least favourite beach reports. The rooms are lovely, clean, neat. However, the on site restaurant charges are too expensive given the selection and food choices. My colleague had tummy ache from the lunch he had. Not a good move. The buffet dinner costs a whomping SGD100! and it was not even top...

Overall the Bintan Lagoon Resort was above average with some "average" things going on. The staff were helpful and the dining choices adequate. There are areas of the building that could use a bit of a facelift, but the climate being as damp as it is likely wears on the paint and finishings no matter what is done. The main...

When you're reading the reviews below and think to yourself: "how bad could it be?"; do yourself a favor and do not go here! Summarizing: this is a 3* hotel with 5* prices and bad management. We stayed in the Angsoka villa, which was probably nice 10 years ago. Now it's run down. The swimming pool is chipped down, leading...

It was more than 10 year ago since I last stayed in this resort. I didn’t have a good impression of the resort then. Sadly, this place disappointed me again big time.
