I was here for 1 night..my impression is good and we all enjoy this place..the apartement is cozy and clean enough..the bed was comfort and complete with family room ,kitchen and surounding are very green with trees and flower..its also very near to cheap foodstalls and minimarket and ATM..so if you just need place to sleep after playing tired around lagoi bay you can think this apartement as alternative because it cheap and has a lot of plus point
We arrived in a group of 50 adults. We only stayed for 1 night. The location is quite okay, only few steps down your may find a food center that open til late. Surprisingly the accommodation provide enough amenities and equipment. Me and my wife stayed in an apartment unit with 2 rooms. Quite an option if you would like to find a reasonable price inside the Bintan Resort area. So far I enjoy staying at this serviced apartment.
We were travelling for 4 people. We got a room right above the receptionist's room. I didn't expect much from this place because the price was quite cheap. But right when I entered the room, I felt home ! The AC in the living room was turned on already, and it felt like heaven after a whole day enjoying Bintan's extreme heat. The room was clean, the paint on the wall looked new, TV was good, sofa was comfortable. There were 2 bedrooms; 1 with double bed, 1 with twin bed. Both bedrooms had AC, so there were 3 ACs in total. The bathroom was also clean and comfortable, and unexpectedly there were free amenities such as toothbrush & paste + soap in the bathroom. The kitchen looked old and smelled like unused place, the fridge was old, the cuttleries was provided, and from the kitchen there was a door to a small balcony where we can hang our laundry, and the laundries dried so fast because there were 3 AC blower near that small balcony. In the evening, we walked to the a food court near BSA (just 5 mins walking) to buy dinner. The price of the foods were cheap, We bought a lot for 4 persons, and just costs Rp 100.000,-. In the late night, we got 2 unexpected guest : cockcroach, in the bathroom, but they died in the morning (thankfully) Overall, i was sattisfied to stay in BSA. It was so comfortable and the room was spacy and nice :)…
The stay was beyond my expectation! As the accommodation there was really affordable, me and my boyfriend thought that the room, amenities and services would be just average in rating. However, we had a great time there! Upon arrival at the ferry terminal, the staff from the lodge came to pick us up and he was really friendly and could speak really fluent english! He introduced us the nearby tourist attractions and the restaurants around. The room and amenities were great as well. The staffs were really nice as they even prepared bouquet and set up roses on the bed and the floor for me and my boyfriend. That was upon my boyfriend's request but the best part? All these did not cause any additional charges. (: However, not all rooms were as great. The rooms my friends were staying in did not have the air-condition remote control and the floor was rather dusty. Overall, we still had a great experience staying there. It was a cheap and nice stay. (:…
So we were travelling about 19 people (13 adults & 6 kids) and we are looking for a place where everyone can fit in together and this is really a great place. Although it was a bit rundown and old but if you do not mind then it's no problem. Since we were not very particular about the design and we just need a place where everybody can fit together. We had the 3 bedroom apartment, living room and master bedroom was really huge if you are traveling with big families and with not much demands this place is very suitable. Extrabed is also very cheap only costs Rp 100.000 per bed per night. They also provide a place for BBQ but it's only an empty ground and the BBQ pit. Maybe you can just finish the grills and bring it back to your apartment to eat. It would be a really nice play if they can renovate this old-fashioned apartments.…
Stayed here while competing in the Bintan 70.3 race located at the Swiss-bell Lagoi. Picked this hotel as it was much cheaper than the other accommodation on offer and I didn't plan to spend much time there as we had a full weekend planned. Overall I had a really good experience as I had low expectations. Facilities are old but clean, the beds were soft enough, AC worked and there was hot water. The fridge didn't work which was the only let down. There is no restaurant but there is a market within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again when doing a similar type of trip. However, if I was with the missis and baby, I would recommend one of the resorts.
Excellent service provided by the management staff Tumrim. Called to booked a Family apartment 2 days before arrival and Tumrim arranged transfer for us. Upon arrival, Tumrim realize we have too many people to fit in the car (5adults, 3children) and he make the trip twice instead of asking us to pay more. He then arranged a full day 8hrs tours for us at SGD$100, which includes visiting of many local attractions, keLong seafood and local restaurant dinner. The apartment is really big (like a 5-room HDB flat) with 1 Master bedroom (King size bed), 2 common rooms (1 queen, 2single), 1 living room, 1 dining area, 1 laundry room, 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms. All in working condition but not for fussy tenants. A little dusty here n there but overall items like bedsheets are clean, kitchen is equipped with bowls, spoons, fork etc. Laundry area is equipped with washing machine as well. There are mosquito net for the windows so no flying bugs, but lots of ants in one of the common room but bygon spray was provided. We just spray the whole apartment before going for tour and when we come back the bugs n ants were all gone. Overall, it's a good stay for families with children. Location is very good as well, like 10 mins from nirwana n 5mins from hawker. Totally worth the price (SGD$150 per night for the whole apartment) with excellent service throughout our stay.. …
This is a shabby looking place with paint peeling off the walls, cracked tiles, dirty looking beds and everything that points to no maintenance. Rooms are relatively cheap however, compared to the other resorts on Bintan. Service was pretty good, staff helped to arrange our ferry transfers and resort transfers. There is a nearby food centre where local food is really cheap which is great considering how overpriced things are on Bintan. Overall, it isn't a great place to stay, it is far off from all the other resorts and there is absolutely nothing to do around the area. If you're here on holiday, you should choose someplace else.
Checked in after a generator fault at the previous place we were staying lead us to change resorts and were shown around a nice looking suite before agreeing to stay, when we were actually led to our suite it seemed okay but was noticeably less pristine looking (i.e. it wasn't their show room). Later, we found a cockroach running around the kitchen and shut the door and didn't return to the kitchen afterwards! There was staining on the beds and burn holes or something similar on the sofa but me and my boyfriend chose to sleep on the sofa as opposed to the bed because we actually felt it was cleaner.. our room had a strange puddle of yellow liquid on the floor, and it doesn't take much imagination to think what it may have been. We were not happy... There was also a major ant infestation in the rooms. Luckily we were only staying for one night so we chose to grin and bare it, but I would never return or recommend the place to anyone considering the price. The only upside was the A/C and the TV, since we decided to sleep in the lounge area..I wish I could share photos but since we disliked the place so much we didn't take any.…
