It was really fun and very enjoyable. The place had a games room, movie theatre (didn't know how to use it), spa, and even bicycles for cycling around the lake. They had the beach which was accessible, walking distance There was also shops nearby. Their facilities were really neat, the gym had AC, the swimming pool had a great view! and the restaurant served good food. The only displeasure was my parents room 319, the shower glass door was squeaking every time they wanted to take a bath, please get it fixed if possible 😢 Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed it. 😁

Although the hotel facilities are not in the best shape, the service staff at Grand Lagoi are extremely warm and proactive. It made my staff retreat that much more memorable and enjoyable. Liaising with one of the staff, Mira, made it very smooth as she was very responsive and helpful to our requests.

We booked for two nights here and the service was wonderful! The staff and receptionist are helpful and super nice. They drove us to the hotel from the ferry terminal with sincere help and service! Worth trying if it is the first time for you to visit Bintan. The swimming pool here is awesome!

We enjoy our stayed at the hotel. The are quite a lot of variety of food for the breakfast. Also, the staff here are very nice and friendly. During our trip, we visited one of the famous attraction Bintan Desert and Blue Lake.

It was a wonderful camp experience for about 175 of us from Singapore. The hotel is loaded with fun stuff to do & has the ocean one side & a scenic lake on the other. The staff were extremely attentive to our needs - special call out to Pak Dedi & co.

Extremely good service. Clean rooms. Food was excellent. I went there as part of a larger group. The chef even took effort to research on our ethnic cuisine and dished out some of our dishes. This is one hotel who goes that extra mile to please its guests. Thank you Grand Lagoi. God bless!

Room is very practical: spacious layout & clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom is large & clean. Food options are also practical: tasty/ well- prepared. Not a wide variety but sufficient. I suggest limiting plastic bottled water provision for large group functions.Undoubtedly, that's up to the consumer. But hotel can make a stand on this.
