We had our first romantic dinner in Natra Bintan. And served by Evan and Eki. A great and friendly service. We really had a great evening. And a delicious meal. Highly recommended for a beautiful and romantic dinner by the water. with own controls. Evan and Eki do everything they can to make it a great evening. even taking photos and videos. Stayed here 4 days 3 nights. The room in a tent is a good size and super comfy. I like the bathroom concept. It’s an outdoor loo and shower. The bathroom was kept quite clean although I was a little alarmed at the sign to watch out for monkeys. The only issue I had with the room was its proximity to a car park and the cars coming and going mar the peaceful vibe. The cushions need replacing! They were just a little old but the sheets were clean and the pillows were a bit too soft but all in all the bed was comfy. I had breakfast buffet but after 3 days it was a little blah although I admit it’s a good selection. I arranged a private bbq to break the monotony. It was not great. The meats were a little tough and the flies! I forgot about them. Crystal Lagoon is amazing. The sands could be cleaner but as we had some rain I think nature was against the resort. I love the sunset ritual and sitting on the deck with a local ginger drink and watching the sun descend. This was accompanied by a live band which was not too bad. I also had a spa experience and I must say the masseuse was very good. Strong hands hitting all the right spots. My feedback include (1) restaurant running out of vanilla ice cream for my coffee affrigato (2j no alternate restaurant at all (3) spa was in one of the tents but perilously close to restaurant so the music affected the experience (4) hotel may want to consider rubber sole grip slippers for the outdoor bathroom because the floor was slippery and often wet because we had some rain. (5) maybe do something about the cushions. Not deal breakers. Just some feedback. But I will say this. The service is excellent. Every single staff had a smile and willingness to help. Amazing stay. Modern facilities and the most beautiful seawater lagoon I have seen . Clean waters. Not crowded as the development is expansive . One of the best hotel service staff. Attentive and polite. The concierge watsapp service is the most responsive by Asian standards. All across fantastic service and standards. From the buggy pickup to wait staff to counter and security. Great team work. Highly recommended. Come during the weekdays s when it lower occupancy. Rooms were cleaned and no short or mineral water bottle provision during daily service. And towels provided readily . Restuarant food was cheap and reasonably priced for a higher end hotel . Till the next trip.

Having had the opportunity to visit numerous 5-star properties and working in the hotel industry, we can confidently say that Natra Bintan’s service is among the finest we have ever encountered. Each member of your team should be commended for their excellent service. Luthfi from the Patio, has rendered an outstanding service whenever we dine and he was a delight to interact with. His dedication and commitment to his work was very evident. Luthfi’s enthusiasm and attentivenes also added to the overall experience. Ari (private transfer driver/guide) his extensive local knowledge and passion for sharing insights about the area contributed a lot and truly elevated our trip. I cannot overlook the remarkable efforts of Sandy the buggy driver, whose friendly demeanor and efficient service enhanced our stay. The front office team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and warmth. We were assisted by Akbar for check-in and we were given a room upgrade which really made our special trip more memorable! Richard has shown his genuine care, when we informed him about our missing credit card. The next day, we saw him again, and, it’s an additional point that he recognized us and immediately ask if we found the card. Richard’s ability to anticipate our needs left a lasting impression too. We are returned hotel guests and this resort shall be our pack and go regular vacation place which is just 1 hour away from home to spend quality time with family and friends where kids get to enjoy their water fun and adults chilling under the sun for a golden tanned skin. Yes we introduced new friends to this beautiful resort. Special thanks to Papang Widiharta (FOM) who makes the efforts to be always on the ground watching out for arriving guests and us, he was located from Jakarta. Ms Enggar (GSE) who is always welcoming with a smile maintaining eye contact with guests and Mr Anung (OPS) who ensures guests have a good stay. Food at the restaurant is really nice after they change their F&B manager. Better service and more attentive despite busy hours. Changing the team makes a difference. Our group of 8 pax never gets tired eating for 6 meals of different menus during our stay. But hope they improve on their steak though. Firstly to start with the positives, the staff are super friendly, helpful and welcoming. On the other hand, this place certainly did not meet my expectations. The pictures give the impression of an exclusive resort but instead it’s very basic. - when we checked in there was a bat hanging from the roof in the bathroom - the out door bathroom is so steamy, they really need a vanity table inside to get ready - it’s Run down in areas, the glamping tents in the harsh light of day resemble refugee camps. And lots of the areas of the hotel just feel old and musty - the resort next door pumps music from 3pm til 11 on the weekends. So much so the tent rattled - the tents aren’t sound proof, you can hear everything from outside - the lagoon is looking tired and majority is sectioned off for water sports and kids activities - the breakfast was really basic and not good quality, with self serve tea and coffee. It’s so busy on the weekends, people just pile on the food and it runs out - this place is for families, not a scene for couples - the spa treatment was great but the spa facility was just a tent, no facilities other than shower - only one restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner I wish I loved this place and again it’s nothing to do with the staff it’s just the resort itself. Resort was very quiet when we arrived on Thursday. The lagoon was spectacular. Very impressive. Very clean. The lagoon was separated into areas for specific activities. And all activities on the resort comes with additional fees. But they currently have a promo for November which comes with free Slip and Slide, it's awesome! Kids had a great time there. All the paid activities are expensive. Better to get the package deal from Klook. I had a terrible food poisoning on Day 2. And I was the only one to get it in my family of four. Was sent off to the clinic for anti vomit jab and recovered on the second day. The only meal I had that day was the resort breakfast at The Patio. Ordered bbq at our tent for dinner on one of the night and it was so nicely set up. Unfortunately food was not nice too salty or too sweet! There's only one restaurant in the resort. Food is expensive. And quality is just average. Breakfast is about the same everyday. Breakfast is about the same everyday which is way too boring. It is a pity that with such a spectacular lagoon, it is very quiet most of the time. Resort should work into providing more activities to hype things up. …

Family of 4 enjoyed the resort for 3 nights. Stayed in the glamping deluxe tent. Very friendly staff, they even knew our names! Nice food. Had several spa-treatments - awesome! My score would be top if there was beach-access. Surprised there wasnt more guests. Recommended!
