We have just got back from a wonderful stay at Bon Ton. The beautifully restored Malay houses are so full of character and our break was a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful experience in a beautiful location. The service is friendly and efficient, the houses are spotlessly clean and there is nothing quite like a cocktail or beer sitting watching the...

Bon Ton is a small number (*?) of Malay huts, done up for western travelers while retaining a Malay feel. The staff are very attentive, helpful yet not intrusive. It was the perfect end to a two week trip around Malaysia. The huts are well set out, with older furniture, all centred on four poster beds complete with mosquito net....

Loved it here - it's so stylish and unique and lovely and quiet that we had the most relaxing time we could have. It's not near the beach but don't let that put you off - the scenery and ambience more than made up for the lack of beach! And a walk or taxi into town is quick and easy,...

The Bonton is a special place to stay. The Malay houses are absolutely georgous and beautifully decked out inside. The staff are ALL friendly, thoughtful and very helpful. The restaurant is fantastic and the gardens peaceful. Our little kids had an amazing time exploring the grounds and couldn't get enough of the cats - although do be warned that the cats...

Super friendly hotel. My girls loved all the furry attractions. Staff were very attentive, friendly and happy! Lovely reception when we arrived. We loved our house (Silk) room enough for all 6 of us - you would have to know each other fairly well as you have to cross the middle bedroom to get to the bathroom and its outside...

the heritage villas and rooms at both Bon Ton & Temple Tree are so beautifully designed, the setting is stunning, the staff are always friendly, and the food is fabulous (housing 2 of the best restaurants on the island). I have stayed here a number of times, in various rooms and villas - it's the perfect stop over for some...

We went to Langkawi for 6 days, my husband and I, and my sister and her partner. We all wanted some R&R and a tropical island getaway. This was exactly what we got at BonTon. The accomodation is fabulous, we all enjoyed our respective houses (Black Coral and Blue Ginger) and particularly loved the breakfast in bed option! The staff...

Tugged away in a former coconut plantation Bon Ton is truely an experience for life. 8 houses than varies from 60 to over 100 years of age, filled with modern equipment, a very suitable breakfast, a nice pool (regretable the jacuzzi was out of order), the lotus pond with animal life up front, beautiful lotus flowers and not to forget...

I recently stayed at Bon Ton with my husband and young daughter (1 1/2 years old), after being recommended by a friend. The resort exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the villa we stayed in (yellow orchid) was very well appointed and lovely, the grounds of the resort were beautiful, and the food at both...
