Hotel is perfectly situated in busy tourist hub and on the beach. Close to many restaurants and holiday shopping shops. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel needs an upgrade. Dark and dusty. The aircons in the rooms did not wok adequately. Rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was limited. The trainer chef made a decent omelette.

We arrived and paid to upgrade to a deluxe seaview room as the superior room we booked was not superior in any way. There was crockery and cutlery on the floor outside a nearby room from room service I presume and 4 days later it was still there even though a cleaners trolley had been parked next to it. Breakfast was poor with birds flying around and eating from the tables. It has a fantastic location but that's all that I can be positive about. The beach is very busy at sunset when crowds arrive to watch it. A DJ on the beach does go on until late so if you are a light sleeper it could affect you.As a previous reviewer said you can borrow a hairdryer for 1 hour. The one I borrowed cut out and the plug was extremely hot. There is a 100 MYR deposit due on arrival which must be paid in cash. The young porter on duty was very helpful when showing us our upgraded room. The hotel needs a coat of paint and corridors need to be cleaned more often.…

We went here to dinner and there's nothing much to Say: we waited 20 minutes to get the ordination and i had to go to the waither and asked if he could come and take It. Food was normal, but they also didnt bring us tissues and cutlery: how am i supposed to eat a steak without them?

I stayed here for for 6 nights in November 2019. My room was simple, pleasant, comfortable and prefect for me. It is right on the beach front of Pantai Cenang and right on the main strip of Pantai Cenang. View from my room was of the beach and forecourt. As other reviews have said there are no hair dryers in rooms and you have to borrow one from the reception. Walls are thin so I was lucky to have reasonably quite neighbours. Apart from that room had all facilities I required. Besides the beach being right on your doorstep the hotel is only minutes away from a variety of restaurants, cafes, and a couple of the beach bars. Price was great value I will definitely stay there again.

We went in to check it out, the smell of toilets (urine) in the hallway, outside restaurant area and pool. The main toilets were so dirty, I will never ever book a room here. Hotel looks dark, no balconies. There are many beter places around!

I booked the room on ground level opposite of the swimmingpool. A bit noisy in the early morning if you have been partying after midnight haha. But that was my choice. The hotel is located pretty central on the beach area close access to all restaurants and bars. Bed is average and the cleaning is so-so could be better Time for a refit of the complete hotel. Staff very friendly

For mid-range budget and yet wanting the best possible location, just go ahead and book this place. The rooms are huge (we had booked 3 nos. sea facing deluxe rooms) and the washrooms were big too. The hotel in ON THE BEACH - so easily accessible even for 80 year olds. The room service is a bit slow - but thats OK - who is in a hurry at Langkawi!! The restuarant has a fantastic menu and their staff are so pleasant and helpful.

Affordable beach holiday. Family room has an ensuite. The room serviced daily. Not many sea facing rooms. We had a main road room view. Family room with 2 king sized beds. Breakfast was fairly decent. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Shopping and eating places within walking distance. Grab/taxi services just outside the hotel. All water sports available on beach just outside the hotel. A fun filled beach bum holiday...

This is very highly recommended hotel for a person not fussy like me. As long as i got a clean bedsheet, clean bathroom, nice hard bed and 4 pillows,i'm happy with it. Beach is infront of my eyes,but the deck chair at the beach is chargeable for rm10 per chair. Which i dun mind paying because its not a private beach. I dun take the breakfast, so cannot give review. Dun expect for 5star service from the room but the staff all friendly. Always smile to me. Will come back again next year Feb..

This hotel is on the beach. Room was huge, as was the ensuite.There were tea and coffee making facilities and 2 bottles of water every day, a fridge and a safety deposit box, free toiletries in the wet room.Clean towels every day more than 1 towel each would have been appreciated. The bed linen was clean but had stains which needed to be bleached. Fairly good storage, a few more coat hangers and some drawers would have helped. The lighting at the bedsides and in the bathroom could have been better. The breakfast was fairly basic and catered more to the eastern palate. There were different breads, jams, butter etc and a toaster. On the other side there was rice, curry, veg etc. Outside there was an egg station, scrambled, fried or omelette and sometimes pancakes or waffles. To begin with the tables were cleared and cleaned quickly but that didn't last. After a few days the food wasn't restocked and the staff were standing talking to each other. The tables weren't cleaned properly, there was even dropped food on the ground that the man clearing the tables just pushed his trolley through. Work started upstairs where they were building new rooms and debris had fallen down on to the tables the day before and it wasn't cleaned up. The restaurant attached to the hotel is not open when it says it will be and the shop is open as and when it feels like it. There is no alcohol sold in the restaurant or the shop but there is a large duty free shop across the road that sells everything. …
