Needs maintenance and it needs air conditioning, We stayed in room 121. Ground floor and it had no air conditioning. Also paint in ceiling in the shower was falling off. Breakfast was typical continental with some options for fruit. Staff tried to help but could not move us as fully booked. Thanks

Located at the beautiful lake of Ägeri this Hotel has nice and rooms, friendly staff, amenities (that I didn’t get to use because I was busy otherwise) and I nice breakfast buffet, would definitely recommend this place to others.

Inattentive staff, waited 50 minutes for our order, the prawn cocktail was absolutely tasteless and the smoked salmon slices were far too thickly cut. Used to be quite good but we won’t be going back any time soon.

The location is near by the Zug lake... with some good restaurants in the neighbors... Room large and clean...with good products for personal care. There’s also a small gym and the a wellness center. The breakfast buffet is amazing!

The hotel was good, and the breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. However, the best part of this hotel is its proximity to the lake. It is only a two-minute walk to the lake which is very nice. The hotel is also close to a few shops such as Mueller and a grocery store.

We stayed here few days after new year, just to have a relaxing weekend. We didn't regret coming here and staying for a night. The hotel is nice and clean, they have a nice view of the lake. I think the reviews are outdated because our experience here was far from everyone else. The restaurant served us really good food. I don't think we have a poor taste when it comes to food, restaurant and hotel. They have a very friendly staff especially in the restaurant. We have been to places and this hotel is obviously underrated. We would like to go back to again sometime in spring or summer.

Participated in company event. Location is really nice in a beautiful area, especially when the weather is nice. Had a few meals at the restaurant and it was underwhelming. The staff was nice, and trying hard to serve well. The disappointment came with the quality of the food served: soup with virtually no taste, “rose meat” had the right color, but was dry (possibly because had been prepared long before). Overall, even if you are there for an event, would recommend to try out different restaurants in the village.

Quite a surprise that this hotel was so poor. Breakfast was especially disappointing. We were there for an hour and not one word from staff. Food quality was poor and range was boring. The rooms are stuck in the ‘80’s and bathrooms are in serious need of renovation. The bar stays open till midnight with people on the terrace chatting and with music playing - no hope for a quiet unterageri rest you were expecting. The biggest disappointment was staff who didn’t give a damn - just no warmth from them. Not a good example of the renowned Swiss hospitality.

Arrived late at night to a fast check in- no food available but we were offered fruit. Bed and room functional. Very early room servicing- 07.45 so use the do not disturb sign. Limited breakfast options available. Staff very friendly and efficient. Lovely surroundings to the hotel with nice running routes alongside the lake

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The property was very beautiful. It would have been eve more stunning in the summer. Very easy to get to using public transport as the bus stop is right outside the hotel.
