A quintessential farm house, with duck ponds and paddocks surrounding the house and ducks and fowl to welcome you as you walk up the drive. The couple who run it were friendly and chatty and made us feel welcomed. We had a lovely cooked breakfast in a big farm house dining room with a massive oak dresser laden with oversized... More

We stayed in our caravan for a few night. The field was fine and the ducks seemed friendly! The massive problem were the toilets and shower. The shower had the dirtiest curtain, and came out of the shower feeling not very clean. Then there's the toilets. I know they are chemical loos, but they were filthy. Spiders - some dead,... More

We stayed at the campsite at Buncton Manor B & B, the field itself is ok, the grass could of done with a cut. We stayed as a caravan and tent unit, we knew the loo/shower was a portaloo, but they are dirty and unkept, the flush was constantly out of fluid. The caravan was actually cheaper than the tent,... Great rural farm, away from traffic noise, sour outed by the liverys horses, trees farm cat. Very friendly ducks and geese love being fed. Owners are really lovely genuine people, always made me feel welcome, going the extra mile offering me and outdoors extention, as mine wasn't long enough to reach the hook up, on the pitch I wanted. ,... How fantastic to be greeted warmly, shown to a very well appointed bedroom and big bathroom next door. A really restful nights sleep and a delicious breakfast that set us up for the day. It was an idyllic pit stop on our two day ride on the South Downs Way. Our hosts could not have done more for us. Thanks... More

We booked after finding the site by accident online but were not disappointed. The campsite is a lovely field surrounded by horses on a beautiful farm. We were only 1 of 3 pitches so it was lovely and quiet. You can pitch where you want, there is an electric hook up if needed and the price was very reasonable. The... More

I stayed here with a friend on our way to a weeks holiday in the South Downs. The house is in a lovely setting with a moat running 2/3rds of the way round the property. There are also guinea fowl and Indian Runner ducks running free in front of the house. The bedroom we had was very comfortable with the... More

We stayed here for one night to attend a party in Wiston. B&Bs in nearby Steyning were pricey, so we booked Buncton Manor, which was very close to the party venue. What a lovely place in very pretty surroundings! It's situated well back from the road so there's no noise. There are only two rooms, but very comfortable, clean and... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights on a work trip. We had some at the camp-site and we were in the B&B. We thought it was lovely, Chris the owner was great, we happened to be there for the yearly pony club vs farmers rounders game which we were invited to. Really friendly people and a life saver... I stayed at the campsite with other family members. The land lady was rude and unhelpful. She charged way too much for us to stay in our tent in comparison to family staying in a caravan. The toilets and shower had not been cleaned for weeks. I would not recommend this campsite until the land lady has learnt how to... More
