Stayed here overnight last Thursday in a party of 10 colleagues attending an awards ceremony at the NEC. Was allocated a lovely comfortable warm and quiet room at the back with views over open countryside behind the car park. Breakfast had everything anyone could wish for and is served in a beautiful dining room. Every single member of staff was...

We booked this hotel as it was not far from Birmingham Airport and we were not disappointed. It was easy to find and the parking had easy access at the rear of the hotel. The car park is well lit by floodlights and is covered by a CCTV system and patrolled by security. The staff were polite and very efficient...

Stopped here the night before we flew from Birmingham early the next day. It was ok, nothing very good, nothing too awful either. The bed was comfy and there was little noise. The room was very very hot though and we could neither open the window or turn heating down. However, we didnt report this so if I stopped again...

This is the third time we've celebrated Valentines at this Hotel and again have not been disappointed. From check in to departure the next day the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to make our visit memorable. We enjoyed the afternoon tea on arrival and the chilled bottle of Prosecco in our room. The evening meal was well presented...

We stayed at The Meridan the night before our flight. The hotel is in a good location not far from the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful, to the extend that on our return to collect the car after the holiday we were offered tea and coffee before e headed home. There is a restaurant and bar for...

We stayed in the Meriden Hotel for a 'park and stay' pre Christmas holiday stay. We usually stay in the Park Plaza in Birminham so I must say I was dissapointed. The hotel is impressive from the front - but the parking is not good as the spaces are very tight especially at the front of the hotel. We had...

We had a wonderful stay with our family. It was a great place to meet and we were very well looked after. All of the staff were helpful and attentive and so friendly and accommodating with our younger children. The menu was traditional but had some contemporay options too. It was fresh and lovely! The rooms were comfortble and spacious...

We booked this hotel as a stop off point on our journey from the North of England to Devon. The booking experience through Emily was both pleasant and efficient. Meriden is reputedly at the centre of England and as such was ideal for our purposes. The Manor, a privately run Best Western Hotel is an imposing looking modern building with...
