Had a nights Dinner, Bed and Breakfast here as a Birthday treat. The Accommodation is of a reasonable standard, but could do with updating. The three course meal was of a very high standard and very enjoyable the restaurant didn't seem over busy and the service was very slow. We ordered 2 drinks and by the time I had finished...

My partner and I visited for a couple of nights away after our wedding / and because we were seeing a concert at the Genting Arena... very convenient location for the arena - only £6 with an uber taxi each way. A shame the hotel can't be given 4.5 stars... Only knocked down as on both days the car park...

Stayed here with a colleague prior to a conference at the NEC. Got a really good prize via the membership club. Free paking, quiet and clean room with comfy twin beds. Decent meal in the bar area and friendlz service. Breakfast was adequate but service a bit slow but all in all a good experience

Was staying over for two nights as was working at nec. Room was great, massive tv, amazing bed great staff. Only downsides were the shower is too hot and then goes too cold when slightly adjusted and the bar/restaurant manageress was moody and instead of welcoming me when i came to the restaurant i was just told you cannot sit...

My stay was quiet and comfortable. I stayed here doing the Photography Show at the NEC. I was pretty tired by the end of the day and it was so nice to come back to a large room and comfy bed. On Sunday night had dinner at the bistro. I suggest making a reservation as it is a busy place...

This hotel is in a very quiet location, and within ten minutes of the NEC and close to the Birmingham airport. The room we occupied was quiet and comfortable (and although we didn't need it, it lacked only an in-room fridge). The bistro was very busy on the Sunday night we were there (the restaurant does not open on Sundays)...

We stayed here for 1 night during Crufts on a B&B basis. Check in was friendly and our room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Bed was comfy too. Nice extras of bottled water, toiletries. Only gripe for me was the hairdryer, not a fan of the fixed in drawer versions but would just bring my own next time. We...

We stayed as part of a club for dinner and there was a set dinner. .I wanted different to the set meal and arranged previously for fish and chips instead. .no problem except everyone else was jealous about my fish and chips. .. and they were delicious too. The rooms were spacious and had all we could possibly need. The...

Thanks Dawn for your feedback. I am pleased that the team looked after many aspects of your stay well, but disappointed that we missed your ground floor allocation at reservation stage. I will investigate to understand how this was missed. Hopefully we can welcome you in the future.

We stayed at this hotel for a friends wedding in feb 2017. We arrived early as we had a 3 hour drive to get to the location, with this in mind we still booked in 2 hours earlier than the allowed check in time but the staff were extremely helpful and understanding and let us into our room straight away....

OK hotel but no way is it **** 2.5 at best. Had to wait 25 minutes for menus then another 25 ,at least for food to arrive. Food was ok but nothing more.Booked a table for 7 people at reception but on entering restaurant they had our booking as one person !!!

Thanks for your review, and sorry that your issue on arrival for dinner spoilt your stay. I am sure it was very frustrating. Our meals can take 25 minutes to arrive from order as they are freshly cooked. I will investigate also why this wasn't reported back to reception so that we could have resolved with you during your stay.
