The access, setting and facilities more than met the needs for the meeting. Although there were several events and guests at the hotel there was ample privacy. The staff are very helpful and professional offering excellent service. Highly recommend.

We booked for Valentines night, and much to our disappointment the Jacuzzi bath was faulty. Never mind, a table in the cosy ~Lascelles restaurant! The staff were very friendly and efficient, however the food was a disappointment. The gravadlax salmon was insufficiently cured, and it missed the dill and mustard sauce. Both of our steaks were tough - both overcooked,...

Having recently stayed at Parsonage we had the following thoughts about it: It really is a beautiful building with lots of character. Reception staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. Rooms very nice and cosy. Maybe overly warm if anything! The cons were that when we went to the restaurant for Afternoon Tea it was quite an awkward atmosphere -...

My wife and I stayed for two nights at the Parsonage Hotel & Spa recently. This was our fourth stay at this hotel and it was as good as ever. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was as we had expected. Breakfast and dinner were very good, and afternoon tea was a welcome treat. We had dinner both...

When asked if we could have some background music on for the guests at my sisters wedding I was told there was no speakers in the room! When in fact there are lots of speakers in the room but...

We stayed for a valentines treat and have to say we were very disappointed with the rooms. We were in the Coach House. The decor was extremely dated and tatty and considering the price of the room, it's not better than a travel lodge. Our room had no proper central heating and just had this dated electric wall heater that...

The facilities on offer are some of the best we have encountered, all on site, free use of the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and Sauna, Salt rooms etc. The afternoon tea is spot...

The Parsonage was very comfortable, the twin room in the adjoining building was excellent. comfy beds, nice sitting area and reasonably sized bathroom - all areas clean and tidy. This was my treat for a friends 60th birthday and she was delighted with it. We used the Spa facilities which were really good, we particularly liked the Jacuzzi & Salt room.Sadly...

I got a great online deal with Superbreak and it was just what I needed, relaxation, good food and quality time with a good friend. All of the staff both in the hotel and at the 'Fat Abbott' were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Dinner in the Fat Abbott was top notch and the spa facilities were...
