Lovely B&B in beautiful countryside. Excellent facilities with clean spacious bedroom and huge bathroom. Good breakfast. Gill and Jim excellent hosts. Stayed here for the weekend as we went to Market Rasen race and Jim kindly drove us to the racecourse. Would stay again and try the farmhouse for a break with our dogs.

Gill the owner was very accommodating when we made the booking. We stayed at the two bedroom cottage with a small garden. It was perfect for us as four person family with two young children. The cottage was clean and set in a lovely location. The owners were welcoming. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Warm welcome, beautiful 18th century farmhouse, spotlessly clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, great base for Lincoln, Donna Nook, Grimsby. We had difficulty finding it in the dark but they were very helpful with directions when we rang.

This is lovely B&B at the back of a working farmhouse. The owners are really friendly and helpful, the place is spotlessly clean and comfy. Of course the cooked breakfast was also delicious! In brief it is all you could expect from a B&B. Will stay there again if I can.

East Farm B and B is located on a working farm,a couple of miles from Market Rasen. We had travelled to a surprise birthday party in the village and were delighted with our accommodation. The hosts, Gill and Jim, were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was of a high standard with gorgeous cotton sheets for that extra touch of...
