We had a work meal there today - only 11 of us. The food was very tasty, the staff very courteous, price was very reasonable. Portions were adequate but not massive, but the presentation and taste made up for that. Would recommend it. Photo 1 - starter, salmon, 2 main course turkey, 3 friends sweet - chocolate brownie, 4 my...

Lovely meal, except for one undercooked Brussels sprout, only got one so couldn't comment on whether others were quite so hard to eat! We all enjoyed our meals and the sticky toffee pudding was delicious. Pleasant surroundings and helpful staff. We had a short wait but restaurant was very busy and we hadn't booked.

Always a good dining experience, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Nice atmosphere good food and attentive staff. Please keep it going. Seasonal menu change, and local produce with a flair from the kitchen. Recommend for all types of diner. Enjoy

We visit the Advocate Arms quite frequently, and can not fault it. We are always welcomed warmly by the staff members, especially the Manger 'Katie' and the supervisor 'Tom' who are always polite and cheerful. The food we have is of the highest standard and quality, and we love trying out the new menus as the food is always excellent....

Excellent food, fabulous immaculate room with our own balcony-great for bonfire night to watch the fireworks with Prosecco. Staff so helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back.

There is not much choice for many many miles from Market Rasen. I chose this because it seemed to be the best. The room was tiny, the bed was as small as you can get while still being a double, it was virtually on the floor and a trough in the middle. The shower each morning worked only intermittently, and...

I called in with a friend for lunch. We were hungry, so ordered fish and chips, but it took an age to arrive. When it did turn up it was well presented, but rather greasy. We loved the décor, but would have been more comfortable had the radiator been on for a chilly November day.

We visited here on the August bank holiday weekend as my brother lives about 4 miles from Market Rasen. The hotel came highly recommended by my brother whose in-laws have stayed here whilst visiting him and think very highly of it (we know them well and their standards are high!!). My brother has also eaten here so the plan was...

Ate here on 14 th September 2016 after a day in Mablethorpe. So glad we chose to stop for a meal on the journey home instead of eating at one of the many greasy fish and chips places at the coast. The Advocate Arms Hotel offers a good selection of dishes to suit all tastes. There is also a 2...
