We stayed here because of the lack of options in Brighton with adequate parking. Rooms were comfortable B&B standard, nothing special. Breakfast and service was a bit hit and miss, one morning good next morning just about OK. Stayed here for one evening meal which was very good, served by Phoebe who was excellent. Our stay was OK but we'll...

Stayed on business and was impressed by the prompt check in and pleasant staff. Found the room warm and very comfortable - welcome on an awful day weatherwise. Easy to find and within easy reach of Brighton, the Marina and the Amex Stadium. Plenty of free parking and a few shops and restaurants nearby. Great breakfast and happy to stay...

Just spent three nights at the White Horse with my wife. The White Horse is not the most modern of hotels but is comfortable with good sized bedrooms, clean and offers good value food. The breakfast was freshly cooked, a little slow but enjoyable with smoked salmon and kippers on the menu. The staff are friendly with a special mention for...

We booked two nights here and despite some negative reviews and were pleasantly surprised. The room was well decorated, the bed very comfortable and everything was spotless. Our room had a balcony and lovely sea views, the shower was very efficient and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were very pleasant and willing although one evening several of our neighbours seemed...

Have stayed at the White Horse Hotel for about 10 years everytime iam on a holiday in the UK. This hotel is a rare hidden gem, as everything from the rooms to the food (the seabass is excellent) is way above the standard. Everyone at the White Horse from the General Manager down deserves a 10 out of 10. Also...

My partner and I visited this hotel last weekend. Enjoyed every part of it. Beautiful hotel and surroundings. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and there was a great range to choose from. I wouldn't hesitate in returning back in the future.

This is an unbiased and hopefully constructive review of the White Horse at Rottingdean, and Old English pub and hotel. We booked for four nights, at a reasonable price, and were given an accessible room that was fairly large, clean and suitable for our needs. This pub/hotel has a lot going for it, it has a large restaurant and bar,...

Upon arriving at the hotel we were allocated a room by a nice member of staff. He said that we had to give him a debit or credit card so he could pre authorise payment should there be any charges to the room such as using the restaurant. We weren't going to eat there due to poor reviews for the...

Foyle Hospice recently held a conference at the Best Western White Horse Hotel (25/01/17).We have to acknowledge that the conference facilities at the hotel were excellent. All the staff were more than accommodating. Kimberley Madden-Treanor ensured all our needs were met. The delegates that attended the conference also commented that the food and refreshments were excellent. Thank you to the...
