After a long journey due to delays and lack of taxis Andy made us feel welcomed. He booked and paid for our evening meal in the adjacent restaurant where the food was excellent. The room was the great high standard that Premier Inn guarantee and so was breakfast, once again many thanks Andy

Was originally only staying 1 night. I’d fetched family to meet up with our family who live in Eton Socon. Sarah on reception as we booked in on the Saturday was very friendly and helpful we had booked our family meal at the crown across the way which I couldn’t fault either. My mum took a bad turn early hours Sunday morning and we had to ring an ambulance….signal isn’t brilliant at this location so in the panic we locked ourselves out of the room my mum was in. The two staff on reception that evening (don’t know their names) were calm and very helpful getting us back in the room and then directing the paramedics to us. I ended up booking another night stay and was greeted by Andy who was most pleasant and helpful also. Rooms were clean and kitted out as you expect. On my departure the lady (didn’t get her name) on reception asked about my journey home but I was attending the hospital in Bedford she warned me of a bad accident and gave me an alternative route. I just want to say a massive thank you to all the great staff you have at this site. There help felt genuine and effortless.

I stayed for two nights at St Neots, the room was excellent and the staff were very good. The food in the Pub next door was excellent including the breakfast. The Premier Inn was good value and I would recommend them.

At £160 for the single occupancy room in mid September (bed only, breakfast extra) and with very poor wifi, no complementary bottle of drinking water in the room and a service door immediately outside my bedroom window (used by delivery driver with noisy trollies at 7.30am), in my opinion this was very poor value for money.

I have stayed at this hotel before whilst attending a nearby event. I have no problem with the hotel except due to its location, car parking is a bit chaotic and is difficult to find if your sat nav is not up to date. My only real complaint was that my room /bed was too hot, with an unnecessary heavy duvet. Even with windows open I found it hard to sleep. Rooms to usual premier inn standard and front counter staff were polite and helpful. I was booked in for Bed and Breakfast. Breakfast is served at the next door adjoining pub. As it turned out evening meals at the pub were difficult as the pub was very busy with pre bookings and several people staying at the hotel were turned away. As I was solo, I was tucked into a corner, but there was no mention of booking on the hotels Internet blurb. Perhaps this should be addressed. I'm not sure where the nearest restaurant would be.
