We enjoyed a fabulous escape to the regal setting of Bagden Hall. The main Hall is stunning & has been kept in keeping with the period while the space is workable for the requirements. The dining hall was a real treat, wonderful service & delicious food. They were very accommodating for my dietary requirements (gluten & dairy free). The room...

My husband booked this hotel for a little break for us on a 2 night dinner bed and breakfast deal. We had a nice stay, the room was clean and spacious with great views of the grounds. There were several seating areas for drinks from the bar. The evening meal and breakfast were both delicious. Would return for another mini...

Have been today for the deluxe afternoon tea. It was delicious. The cakes and sandwiches were beautiful. Staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The grounds are stunning even when it was raining it still looked amazing. Can understand why people get married here. The table was set lovely. Would recommend.

I organised a reunion at Bagden Hall for 32 guests most of whom stayed overnight. We had a buffet supper. The food was excellent, the service was impeccable. Barry and his staff were superb, they looked after us with great care and consideration and our evening was made more enjoyable by the attention to detail provided by each member of...

I booked an Afternoon Tea after we had visited the place in passing on another occasion. The review was very good and I went ahead and booked a table for two. We were not disappointed. The staff were pleasant, warm and professional. Our experience from start to finish was superb. The sandwiches tasted freshly made and had good portion of...

I was pleased to read that your 'experience from start to finish was superb' - that is always good to hear ! Sorry you were disappointed with the size of our homemade scones - we serve 2 per guest so that you can enjoy both flavours of the day. Regards Caroline Gleeson General Manager

Great place for afternoon tea, wonderful staff, relaxing place. Wonderful to be able to have the choice of sandwich fillings unlike most places. Cakes all freshly baked and unlimited tea & coffee. Definitely recommended this place to all my friends.

I came with a friend for afternoon tea. It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, and beautifully presented. Our table had a lovely view out over the grounds.Would definitely recommend it.

Excellent traditional hotel, nice grounds, well maintained, good chef and restaurant - a credit to British hotels. A thoroughly enjoyable second visit to this hotel located in a pretty part of the UK.

Came to Bagden hall after a funeral, The refreshments served at lunchtime were lovely, varied sandwiches, scones and beautiful desserts. My daughter is gluten intolerant and was catered for without us contacting them prior to our visit without any fuss. The staff were attentive and efficient. We stayed until around 9pm so also had some dinner, all very nice although...

Nice hotel in lovely grounds. I had a 'lakeside' room..well, its a pond really. Room OK, but basic. Breakfast good. I eat in the bar for diner which was passable. Staff mostly helpful expect one on reception who was far too busy to get up and help with a small issue I had.
