We recently stayed at the Royal Marine for a family wedding. What a lovely comfortable stay, rooms are clean and warm, breakfast was superb, above all the staff made us so welcome, nothing too much trouble. Fabulous location on the beach too.

We Booked the spa deal which included 1 treatment and dinner bed and breakfast
Well worth it
When we arrived we were given an upgrade to room 3 which was beautiful and very much appreciated

I don't remember seeing any lifts of ramps inside the hotel or room on the ground floor however as stated in another answer the hotel did everything they could to help during our visit so definitely be worth an ask.
