I stayed here with my partner in November 2016 while travelling in the north west of Scotland. The hotel is easily accessible and located immediately by the main road to Fort William, about 15/20 minutes south of the town. When we arrived, there was plenty of car parking. We were greeted by the friendly receptionist and the hotel's dog who... More

We had a brief visit to see my mother in law. Having read reviews I wasn't sure what to expect but it was a brilliant deal. We were forewarned about the beds being hard so I brought my chunk of memory foam as I have arthritis. I was fine and my hubby slept well. The entrance decor is dated but... More

Location was great being between Fort William and Oban. Corran ferry was a good idea but we ran out of time. We had a room near the main road and could not change as the hotel was fully booked. An enjoyable stay.

Spent two nights here, arrived at 4pm to be greeted by a fantastic view of sunset over the loch from our balcony. Well located for Glencoe or fort William and staff very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast and enjoyed dinner on first night, good selection and great atmosphere would highly recommend!

It's in a lovely location but the decor is looking very tired/shabby. We called for a bar meal which was OK - nothing special. Disappointing that we were overcharged - but they were quick to put it right. Not sure we will be rushing back

Booked this last minute after a long drive. Nice double room facing loch with balcony. The whole place feels like it was last done up 10 or 15 years ago but then I know I'd be paying £50 more if it had just been done. Super friendly helpful staff but top marks for the restaurant. Superb food at pub prices... More

We only stayed one night but we're pleasantly surprised considering some of the comments. Great location right on the highway and wonderful view of the loch, especially at sunset. Large outdoor patio but it's was too cool for us to sit out for long. We arrived after a long flight and drive and the restriction asked if we would prefer... More

normally I will try to write a fairly comprehensive review, positive and negative points etc in this case the hotel was so bad we left 10 minutes after arriving, I really think that says it all, but just incase you need more, unhelpful staff, dreadful room, dirty bed that could not be slept in with a mattress that collapsed onto...
