The house had a beautiful view of the lake. Lynne and Alistair were wonderful hosts (and what a small world - Alistair had visited our small town a long time ago). The food was excellent (the poached eggs amazing). The gardens were also lovely. There was swimming right across the street. They were so accommodating to our whole family -...

A wonderful atmospheric house with the best hosts one can wish for. The rooms are very nice and one gets every help one may require. We recommended the house to some friends being sure they will like it too. The problem is not recommending Camus House, but finding people who are worth being send there :)

This is the best b&b we have stayed in due to its exceptional quality, the care of Lynne and Alistair our hosts and the proximity to key ares in the highlands. The room was exceptional with views over Loch Linnhe and very spacious with the conveniences modern day travels welcome. Breakfast was superb, fresh, hot and very tasteful. On leaving...

We spent 3 nights at Camus House during a trip around Scotland in May. Our room was #4, located at the front of the house with a view over the Loch. Our room had a double bed and an ensuite toilet with shower. The room was very clean and had a kettle with instant coffee and a variety of teas...

My brother and I stayed at Camus House during our trip through Scotland. Alastair and Louise were the most lovely people we met in Scotland and the house itself has a wonderful view over the Loch. We would really appreciate staying there again in the future.

Beautiful Victorian style cottage. From the bedroom to the cosy living room to the picturesque dining room, everything is tastefully done. Best of all, the host, Alastair and Louis were so gracious and helpful. As it is next to the road, it can be noisy in the day but it was all right in the night. Just wished we had...

Just a lovely B&B with lovely and hospitable hosts. Wish we had had more time to spend, the Campbell’s are delightful! What a gorgeous view from our room – really a treat! We had to leave early and Louise made sure she packed us a hearty breakfast. It was much appreciated!

This place is gorgeous...one feels like a guest in a barons country house. The view is to die for, and the gardens are lovely. We could live there we love it so much! The lounge is very comfortable with a lot of interesting books and information to peruse. We had great suggestions for places to visit. The whole environment seems...

We booked Camus House at very short notice and arrived quite late. Despite this both Louise and Alastair met us at the door and were very friendly and welcoming. This kindness and attentiveness was sustained throughout our stay, and the feeling of warm hospitality was a hallmark, for us, of Camus House. The entrance hall has a Scottish baronial feel...
