Situated in the heart of rural Guernsey, this is a very peaceful place to stay. It's an old farmhouse, full of character and comfortable. Malcolm and his wife are welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed delicious and plentiful breakfasts and we also had an excellent evening...More

3 of us for lunch today. Great value set menu, Scotch Egg delicious with a nice runny centre. Guernsey Rib-eye steak, full of flavour.
Cracking bottle of Talento, organic wine from the Monastrell grape, amazing value at £17.95!
Good service as always.
Would absolutely recommend. Staff very friendly. Restaurant really quaint and cosy with a log fire which was amazing on a cold rainy Sunday! Meals generous portions with extras offered. Perfect spot for a Sunday roast with no rush to get us out when we finished!

Hi, Yes I would say that the Auberge would fit the bill very nicely as it is situated in a rural lane below St. Saviour's Church and there are lovely walks to be had in the surrounding area.
P.S. Love the car!
