I bought my parents an all inclusive stay at Chilston Park, and they visited mid-week, for bed, breakfast and dinner. The staff were fantastic, the service was very impressive, nothing too much trouble, and great attention to detail. Had that 'old fashioned' approach including turning the bed down at night! The hotel was spot on, room great, in fact it's...

My wife and I wanted to visit a part of the country with which we were not familiar and only ever having driven through Kent, this seemed a good place for a winter break. This is a lovely country hotel that has been done to a very high standard. The decor is beautiful as is the setting. The attention to detail is evident throughout. The grounds are lovely and well worth a wander around. We ate in the restaurant and the food was superb, I liked the fact that the restaurant wasn't just one...

Gorgeous hotel and grounds, very clean & comfortable. Bed had been made and dressing gowns placed on the bed during the evening! Loved the sheep idea. Huge clean and traditional bathroom. Absolutely lovely - but at £8 for a bottle of cider and £10 for a large wine it's not somewhere I'd stay through choice if needing to dine in.
